( sorry for the late post ) The check in was really easy and the small clear bag policy wasn't an issue. Parking was easy as we parked by the near parking garage and walked maybe 5 minutes to the stadium. We had a really good time at the game watching the pride win and really enjoyed the fireworks and music during the halftime. Food selection was good and the had a variety of Pepsi products and cold beers. I'm looking forward to going to games this year with my daughter as she plays soccers and has not been to a game. On the website it shows the season of 16 games running through November 1,2026 so I will definitely be updating my review for the current season.

Going to watch the Orlando City games is an experience but to be a part of The Wall, that's a whole new level of excitement. From whistle to whistle, chants to screams you will always be entertained. The supporters on The Wall, are non stop roars of energy and loyalty. The on going chants, singing, drums and waving of flags are contagious energy that keeps the team and supporters going. The stadium is easy to navigate. Please note, IF YOU ARE WEARING JERSEY'S FROM OTHER TEAMS YOU CANNOT ENTER THROUGH THE SUPPORTERS GATE AND YOU CANNOT ENTER THE SUPPORTERS AREA. You will be turned away and worse, you will be heavily mocked by the Orlando City fans. Views from any seat are sure to be great. Keep in mind that The Wall is all standing but that's ok since you will be jumping, dancing, cheering and screaming the whole game. Believe me, once you've experienced a game from The Wall, you'll never want to sit anywhere else. I sure have not. There are a of food options which will please all ages and food personalities. Prices are not outrageous so don't think you'll be loosing an arm or a leg. Prices for tickets are also super reasonable so a family night to the soccer fields are always reasonable. When I had arrived, there was already a line waiting to get inside the arena as a lot of us were there for the early merchandise purchase if you were gold or platinum with RunDisney. I thought the arena itself was great when I walked in to it. Huge, new and very well set up for large crowds! There's just a lot of activity at an event like this such as bib pickup, merchandise, food, but Disney does a good job keeping things running! This is where they held the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo for Springtime Surprise 2026, which seemed to be the center of the entire experience during race weekend! Everyone there was excited, checking out merch, taking photos, and talking about the upcoming races. There's this really fun mix of Disney energy and race weekend that makes it feel more like an event than just a packet pickup! Walking through the arena was amazing! There's always photo opportunity with the Disney characters as well, but there usually is a wait line for each though. Usually there are four different characters on each race weekend. I participated in the RunDisney Springtime Surprise 2026 race which was themed from Zootopia. I also appreciated how spacious everything felt. Even with a lot of people inside! The arena was clearly built to handle large sporting events and competitions! I thought AdventHealth Arena was a great venue for runDisney weekend activities! It was clean, organized, and had so much energy! It really helped kick off the whole Springtime Surprise experience on a high note before even stepping onto the course in Epcot for the 5K! For this race though, there was the 5K, 10K and 10 miler!

We ordered tickets the second they came on pre-sale and ended up with general admission, which is normal for such a busy and popular game. We arrived 45 minutes before the first pitch and the property was already overcrowded. Nobody was directing traffic and people were parking anywhere, including in an active construction zone. When we left, so many people were blocked in. For such a big game, there should have been someone directing parking traffic. Once we entered the stadium, it took 10-15 minutes to even find a seat. The general admission section is a mess here. People are constantly coming up and down the stairs for the entirety of the game, hoping to find a seat. Due to this, our view was blocked 80% of the time. I was lucky to get the picture attached here during that 20%. The best part about this complex is the concessions. Unlike many ballparks and sports stadiums across the country, they're actually affordable here. We purchased 3 popcorns, 2 peanut bags, and 1 pretzel all for $10. Wow! What a steal. Overall, it's a nice stadium but needs more workers during such busy games.

My visit was during the pandemic so there was ample antibacterial soap dispensers available and social distancing in the stands was being enforced. Every other bleacher was roped off. Tickets were affordable with a child discount. Go Knights!!

While waiting for a show at the Orlando Shakespeare Theater during Orlando Fringe, a friend and I were exploring the theater grounds when we happened upon the Orlando Fire Museum nestled in the back courtyard. Surprised to see the building, and curious to find out more, we were happy to learn the museum was still open, and went inside to find out more. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by three very friendly firefighters (two retired, one still serving) who were the volunteer workers at the museum. They welcomed us in, explained a bit about the museum, and led us on a free tour of the building. Our tour guide explained everything in great detail from the years and features of the vintage trucks and equipment on display, to the way fires used to be relayed to the team (The museum features a working telegraph machine!) When we finished the downstairs part of the tour, he was gracious enough to take us upstairs and show us even more, including the old living quarters at the station. The tour was incredibly interesting and informative, and pictures were encouraged. Although it's only open on Friday & Saturday, If you get the chance, definitely try to swing by this wonderful facility. The museum is a great place to learn about not only Orlando's history, but the history of firefighting in general.

The Women's Club of Winter Park was founded by Mrs. Helen Morse who held the first meeting in her…read morehome, the Osceola Lodge on January 15, 1915. Sixteen women were invited to the first meeting. It is one of the oldest not for profit organizations in Winter Park. Morse served as the clubs first President, Lucy Blackman as Vice President, and Mrs. Hiram Power as secretary. The club met in various places, people's homes, schools, the town hall, and the library. Mrs. Powers formed a committee and began the search for land for a permanent building for the club in 1917. Mr. Charles H. Morse's eventually donated five city lots that had been the first tee of the golf club. WWI delayed construction of a building until 1919 when Percival Hutton was hired as the architect. The final cost of the building was $40,000 paid through donations and fund raising projects. The first meeting in the new clubhouse was on January 21, 1921. The Women's Club was added to the National Register of Historic Places on May 4, 1995. The purpose of the club today is the same as when it was founded, to engage in charitable and educational efforts for the residents of Winter Park, to provide scholarships for students attending higher institutions of learning, and to preserve the history of both Winter Park and the club for future generations in the city. I was able to visit the Women's Club for a rummage sale. They also make their historic building available for private events like weddings.

The exhibits were informative and thoughtfully curated. It's a small but powerful space that honors her beautifully. Ms. Shirley Abullah has such a warm and welcoming presence--she was incredibly thorough and passionate in sharing Zora's story. I left feeling both inspired and more connected to such an important part of Black history. I wish more people knew about the museum and about Zora in general. The museum operates solely on donations and is located in historic Eatonville, one of the oldest Black-incorporated towns in the U.S. Each year, they host a large festival celebrating Zora's birthday--it's definitely something worth experiencing!

It is more of a mini rotating exhibit of a chosen artist to show their work. This is more like a single room Vister Center, for Eatonville. Staff member, Ms. Shirley welcomed us in with open arms when we walked in. She provided us with some reading materials to learn more, and let us take our time looking at the art. She shared with us a little about Zora Neale Hurston. Who appears to have a deep impact on this oldest black municipality in the country. And it was nice to learn a little about the showcased artist as well: Granville Carrol.

The fair brings many technology schools, which set place in the main floor, with their displays, software, students, alumni and faculty. I was able to go into many virtual reality worlds, which is the hot things now, and I can say that the technology is pretty cool. On the floor above, there was a medical application exhibit, for kids who are inclined towards healthcare. And then on the top floor, you find the graphic designers and artists who use electronic medium. On the top floor also, you could find other interactive equipment used by the military. You could fly a helicopter, drive a tank, fly a plane, etc. My favorite, and main reason for going, was the Indie Game Showcase. I love animation, I love video games although I don't play, I love graphics and I love basic human ingenuity. Talking to all these developers and creators was amazing, as well as trying out their games. The bottom floor was part of the permanent exhibit, no technology there. Overall, I liked the expo, although I did not see ground braking technology. It is more like a massive school fair where kids checkout future schools. But it was fun, although I would have given more emphasis to the game developers. My opinion. Oh! Yes, before I forget. They also had tournaments (meh) and workshops, but I didn't attend any of those, though I feel I should have...

He did enjoy the revamped KidsTown, and there were some things he could watch and interact with around the event. I kinda wish we had gotten a sitter just so I could have enjoyed it a lot more but it was still a lot of fun! I'm constantly blown away by the creativity and the genius behind a lot of the showcases from Full Sail University, University of Central Florida, and other colleges and high schools. Gives me hope for the future. Anyway, I've added a few pictures so you can see how much my man-child enjoyed himself! While it's a kid-friendly event, I definitely think I'll wait until he's a little older to bring him back!
