I received excellent customer service from Ray at the service desk. I visited to reprogram the key remote for my 2012 Sedona. Although the reprogramming was unsuccessful, as the key fob could not be reprogrammed, Ray kept me informed throughout the process and even waived the agreed-upon charge. I'd pick zero stars but it won't let me. The KIA Newmarket dealership told my 22 year old daughter that the cost to fix her Kia was $3803 + tax and then they went further to say that might not fix the problem, that they may also need to do additional work for $1934 + tax. No guarantee the $3803 + tax would fix the problem. A potential total of $5737 + tax. An honest shop fixed it for $1629.40 + tax using original KIA parts. Criminal is how any reasonable person would see this Dealerships behavior. read more

Pay your money and take your chances. Paid big dollars for a new car but once they have your money good luck getting any kind of service. I have been calling this dealership relentlessly and either get put on hold forever then hung up on or they don't answer there phone. They do not return calls when messages are left or passed on. I will only go back to this dealership if I have a warranty issue on the car. Other than that I will have nothing further to do with them. Horrible experience today! I had an appointment at 3;45 pm with Jesse. First he was late. then when he approached me he had no idea who I was. he asked me to refresh "his memory". which I politely did. He then asked if I could wait a moment as he was finishing up a call. I said ok. when he returned I once again had to explain my purpose for being there. He then excused himself again ti get a book to write in. I watched him as he went on his phone taking another call it wasn't until he noticed me behind him that he ended it. I then explained the car I want. no brochure nothing. he even went back to his desk and went in his computer as he tons me he was getting his card. he returned. I left. horrible. Delivered new car outside in a snowstorm, not allowing me to do a through inspection, 1 month earlier than I had stated that I wanted on the offer , then find out they had a "car jockey" drive from a compound in Guelph putting 170 kl on(just to save on their delivery costs) after giving me a Bill of sale stating 20kl on the vehicle.Then after getting it washed,notice scratch on rear bumper area,which they refuse to repair. read more

I would like to state that I bought my car off Jesse, which is really nice! He's probably the best salesperson there but the service department is shit, I called today to book an oil change on my car which I purchased there, same with my previous car I have purchased there. Been in the system at Kia of new market for about 7 years now and the guy said I'm not in the systems there and had to reopen a page in their computer. I've only ever gone there no where else, these guys are the ONLY people who have worked on my car, they take FOREVER, oil changes take about 45 minutes. I sit there every time for at least 2-3 hours. Pretty bullshit if you ask me then the receptionist, patti I believe is REALLY fake, puts on an act don't deal with her, all together I think this is the MOST disorganized dealership I've ever encountered and after this oil change I'm taking my service to Orilla Kia or Lindsay Kia. I suggest the same to anyone else! read more

Worst customer service ever experienced. I took a vehicle that had been hit by another car at the driver side rear wheel well for an insurance repair estimate. Instead they (Todd) did a full inspection checking for headlights and the whole who knows what. They failed to identify the dent caused by the accident and claimed that an alignment was just a maintenance issue (the vehicle had been pulling to one side after the impact). Based on this the insurance would not pay for the estimate and they refused to reimburse for their unprofessional assesment even after I presented them with a proper assessment done by a local body shop a few days later. They are part of the Plaza KIA autogroup in Richmond Hill where I have made similar bad experiences such as them not finding our stored summer tires and mounting someone else's winter tires as they could not find ours. read more

Very disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a Jeep from this dealership in mid May. The sales guy Jesse told me the car had one year warranty and I'd be able to take it to any Jeep dealership if I had any issues but it was all checked out and it passed all inspection. In November the car started making a grinding noise so I called him and he said to take it into a Jeep dealership close to me. I took it into the a Jeep dealership. They told the warranty had expired even before I got the car because it was a 2017 model! I said I had the car less than 1 year and it only had 5000km's at time of purchase and only 14,000 now, which is less than the 20,000km allowed for the warranty. I was told the sales guy lied to me cause I never had a warranty on the car! I called Jesse and he said it's wear and tear and that's why it's not covered! I then called Jeep Canada. They informed me wear and tear parts ARE covered but again told me my warranty had expired before I even got the car and the dealership I bought the car lied to me so I should go back to them! I have messaged the manager of the location and still not received a response! A car that's less than a year old is costing me over $500 in repairs! Based on my experience, I feel I was deceived and would never recommend this dealership. The sales person was deceitful about the warranty and the sales a manager did nothing to rectify the situation. Instead he just ignored my messages to reach a resolution. Completely unprofessional and poor customer service!!! read more
