I am so thrilled that I ended up working with Shyam Sasidharan at Stratford Kia. It has been difficult finding the car I wanted since the pandemic slowed things up. But Shyam found me a beautiful car on day one of calling him. He made it happen and threw in some nice gifts to boot! I am so happy with my new Soul and so thankful for Shyam. read more

I bought a used car from Hudsons and was impressed with my salesperson Trent. I ran into a couple problems with the vehicle that was no fault of their staff. Trent and Mike did everything they could to ensure I had complete customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend going Hudsons, it was the best dealership experience I've had to date read more

Working with Suzie in the finance department was a breeze. Everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately I ended up not being satisfied with my purchase. I gave Hudsons the chance to work with me first on a trade. I ended up going elsewhere, where I found my vehicle had reported damage on a carproof report. Hudsons told me the carfax was clean.. But at the other dealer car proof was showing damage. After doing research I've learned car proof is more accurate in Ontario because they have a direct relationship with our central agency that handles all vehicle reporting. If you choose to shop here, make sure you pull your own car proof before buying unless it's new. Don't expect excellent customer service if you return to the dealership post sale/delivery. Unfortunately they're refusing to help me out with the lost value from the missing information on their car fax or offering a fair trade in amount. read more

Recently I ran into car trouble, and my old ride had left me stranded at the side of the road on a Monday evening. Obviously this meant that I was in a real time crunch and needed a vehicle asap in order to make it to work for the rest of the week. The very next day I was out car shopping and one of my stops ended up being at Stratford Kia. Now I knew for some time that my old vehicles days were numbered and so I had an idea of what I was looking for. Understanding that I was in a time crunch Bevin showed me around to the two different models I had in mind and after expressing what I desired in a vehicle he suggested I look at the Kia Optima as well. I loved it so much I made the purchase. The fuel economy is amazing (and actually performs as advertised), the ride is smooth and on top of everything else they made sure the vehicle was ready for me to drive to work the next day. I've been back once to have a noise looked at and they took care of it no questions asked. I'm quite happy and would recommend working with the Hudson's. read more

My parents purchased a New Toyota Sienna Hybrid, AWD from Strickland on June 21, 2021 (the van was at a London dealership - just had to be delivered to Stratford dealership). Parents paid the down payment, and have all the paperwork, and have the final payment in their account for pickup day. There has been no correspondence since that day, so they called the dealership on July 9, 2021 for an update as pickup is in 2 weeks, and were told by the sales manager that the order had not been properly handled, and the van was subsequently sold, so no van will be available for their upcoming trip. Apparently the salesman at Strickland left on vacation without doing the final necessary paperwork. The dealership are now saying they can have another van in 6-8 weeks, and are not doing anything else to satisfy the customer. I tried calling Toyota Ontario dealers between London and Ajax all weekend, trying to assist my parents in locating another, and have been unable to find any with a AWD Sienna Hybrid. I called Toyota Canada Customer Service this morning at 1-888-869-6828 (talked to agent "Tara"), told them what happened, and was told "your experience is unfortunate , not what Toyota strives for, but there is nothing we can do to help further" (other than to call the dealership to see how this happened). I asked if they could call or email every dealership in Ontario within 200miles and locate a car like the one purchased. we would be willing to go pick it up same day. She said this is not something Toyota Canada is willing to do, and she refused to escalate this to management of any kind. Please take this as a word of warning on future purchases - follow-up repeatedly, even if its annoying if you don't want bad experiences to happen. global organizations don't care for your troubles, and wont go very far to assist in any reparations.

A week later we noticed a very small leak in the transmission line. Jeff didn't hesitate to have us bring it back in. He gave us a loner for the weekend and replaced the leaky line for free. He even replaced the fittings at each end of the line which he said were looking a little rusty but didn't charge us. Haven't found many (or any) car mechanics, let-alone car salesmen, who would match Jeff's honesty and integrity. He and the shop are stand up guys and would highly recommend them for repairs or for a used car purchase. Thanks guys.
