So I gave them the amount of items to be removed and he lowered the quote so I took him on it and moved these items out From their spots in my patio to make everything easier for them then he gets here and tries to charge me $150 more. They are sofas and I told him the sizes of all of them he never asked if they were recliners or not? End of day for them and they were just too lazy. Super sad, he had already backed his truck and trailer into my yard and everything. He just had to carry them like 50 ft to the trailer! Very disappointed with this company! read more

My 89 year old father hired this company to drop off, pick up, and dump weeds, branches, and bushes. My father and my husband spent 8 hours filling the dumpster by hand and with a backhoe. My father paid $420.00 for this service that included drop off, pick up, and dumping. When the owner (Ezekiel) came to pick up the dumpster, he accused my father of scratching some of the decals on the dumpster. He tried to charge my father $200 additional for the scratches and replacement of the damaged decals. I am not saying that my father didn't scratch the decals but both he and my husband (a retired police officer) will testify that they did not scratch the dumpster. There are no pictures of the dumpster before delivery showing the decals undamaged. My father told the owner that he would not pay him for scratches that he did not put on the dumpster. After an argument, my father (recorded) stated that he would pay...stating that he was an honest man...but not to overcharge him. The owner then said to F off and then dumped the debris (That took two people 8 hours to load) from the dumpster into the middle of my father's yard. I called on behalf of my father and the owner explained that it would cost $200 to repair the scratches (decals). I offered to pay for this cost if he would do the pick up again and he told me to F off as well. I feel that this incident could have been handled more professionally. We are going to pursue this in court as we feel that KickAz Junk removal should pay back the $400 that was paid for services not rendered. $700 for the labor that he disrespected by dumping the debris back in the yard, fuel costs for the backhoe at $30.00 and court filing fees.
