Deal directly with the owner of the rolloff. Not a middleman who in my case tried to say "technically, he's not responsible" because he doesn't own the rolloff.

They are sofas and I told him the sizes of all of them he never asked if they were recliners or not? End of day for them and they were just too lazy. Super sad, he had already backed his truck and trailer into my yard and everything. He just had to carry them like 50 ft to the trailer! Very disappointed with this company!
