Why do people rate these folks low stars? Who ever owns this place is amazing. After coming to Salt Lake City for 3 days to skydive on July 2nd and handle some business the rest of my trip. I stopped here everyday as I was staying at Tru hotel down the street. Prices are reasonable compare to most gas stations. Gas prices are a little high compare to a Walmart that's a 13 minute drive but on July 2nd I didn't feel like going all the way to Walmart to save $0.25 cents so I figured I would stop here and pick up some drinks for my drive back to Vegas the next day. The pumps are a little slow which makes me believe the underground filters for the pumps are dirty....the owner should have the employees check on that. Overall, this is a great place if you are returning a rental car and need to fill up before you return your car or just staying at one of the 18 hotels nearby. I highly recommend these folks (The only thing i don't like is the lowest grade Salt Lake City has is 85 octane compare to Vegas which is 87 octane.) read more

If I could leave a zero I would, the people working there are so incredibly rude, not just to customers but also the vendors that goes there, I stopped in on a trip and needed to get some drinks and snacks, when a vendor was there to deliver, I seen this person who was yelling, not talking loud, but yelling and cursing out the vendor. I asked some of my friends who live in the area if they seen that before and they agreed with me, they refused to go back because they seen and heard the owners someone by the name of Craig who was yelling at customers and venders. They seem so hot headed and they shouldn't be in business. That's no way to talk to people. read more

The 3.7 people who read my reviews, might be somewhat surprised to see this particular one. Mainly because it will be short. To the fourth guy who bit off one of his own legs to get through a previous review of mine, I apologize. What can I say about this place.... 1. Apparently it's owned by someone called Roy. 2. It's a gas station. 3. It's a convenience store. 4. It's probably the closest one to the airport and the nearby hotels, even though it seems like the middle of nowhere. This means it's handy for me when I'm working, since my company is literally situated right next to the South end of the SLC airport runways. I can get snacks before most airline passengers are even coming close to 10,000 feet. However, like most airlines now, they make you pay for them - business is business. read more

Stopped at the last gas station we saw....oops forgot gas. There are BUGS everywhere. Ick! And I do mean everywhere. The cashier acted like I asked for her to donate blood when I gave her a c note. "My God I'll have to get change! She gave me all $5's back. This is a BUSY place. The other lady is mopping and vacuuming and using God's name in vain in front of the customers. What a stop! And the prices are HIGH. Plus we pull up and Utah's finest are on scene.....hmmm that supposed to make me feel better or like maybe I shoulda stopped elsewhere? read more

Came in as we are staying at hotel near and it was the closest around as we could see it. Clean outside and inside. Counter service was very friendly and pleasant. read more

It has all the amenities, but it's not very well looked after or clean. The bathrooms were dirty both women's and men's when we came in on a Sunday at 1:30 PM. Half of the windshield squeegee containers were bone dry, and only a third of the pumps had a squeegee in their container, so you have to hunt around for a squeegee and for water to use with it. I'm sure the people are nice, but as a whole it's not very well looked after compared to a number of the other stations we've been to. Also note! If you're Canadian you can't pre-pay at the pump because with Phillips 66, they require ZIP Code verification of your credit card, so we can't enter a postal code for verification. You have to go inside, prepay, then once you're done filling go back inside to get the rest of your money returned. Not very convenient, especially if there's a number of people in the station because then you wait in line twice. That's endemic with every Phillips 66 read more

Terrible customer service experience- Mixed ethnicity worker was on his phone watching YouTube as if it was so incredibly hard to just do your job in general. The gas price was inexpensive but don't enter the convenience store because you will be a inconvenience to the clerk on duty. Store was dirty with poor lighting. read more

Really nice little gas station out near the SLC airport. Nothing super fancy about it, but the gas price was fair. The store itself was really clean and the staff was efficient and friendly. The do sell alcoholic beverages here for those who are looking for something along those lines. read more

You have some employees that suck at customer service. They don't even know how to say hi or thank you. And they are not friendly, not even a smile. Why would you hire someone that looks so miserable to be at work. I get that you're desperate for employees. Then they tried to blame the pump problems on me, when there should have been a sign to pay inside since the buttons on it don't work. I typically avoid getting gas there bc of the rude employees. How did they even get a job there? Bc if I was a manager I would fire them both. Next time I will risk running out of gas. read more

Good little convenience store, good selection and good spot to hit up late night in the airport hotel district of SLC.

It's a cheap place to get gas close to the airport.

Cheap gas and a car wash. But the customer service was not ok. The man behind the counter doesn't care at all and it''s not nice. He showed no attention to my question and used a language, I would not like to discuss in details. I was passing by and decided to get gas but will not do it again unless I really need to. 2 stars from me just because the good prices. read more
