They have a huge selection of baby clothes in natural non-tox fabrics, though the clothes are definitely on the pricier side. Since we came during Memorial Fay weekend, they offered 20% certain brands, so that helped. They also have several car seats, cribs, and strollers to test out in person. One section was also dedicated to toys and another for books. What stood out to me was their wall of products for moms; think postpartum and self-care products, some of which I discovered online and couldn't find at major retailers. They also have a rewards program which I signed up for using my name and phone number. Definitely a cool baby products store in town that I hope sticks around for a while!

She said the new policy needs some tweaking, I expected some changes. Terrible service once again, the store is empty on a Monday evening, 3 employees standing at the counter, and in the market for a double stroller. Nobody saying hello, nobody walking over to help my wife and I. You have to make an appt (which requires going through multiple pages on their website) with a fee, with no guarantee they're going to answer all your questions or have the exact product you are looking for. I was told the fee is to keep track of who is looking at products because some things have been damaged while employees are busy. THATS WHAT FLOOR MODELS ARE FOR... There is nothing special about this baby store, you should offer to help your customers who are in store and looking at products. Get off the counter and actually do your jobs.

The staff members were nice, yet very dismissive--spent time sizing him, etc. The clerk LIED to me and said they had a different sizing guide that's close to European sizing, which I understand having shopped there and the UK for shoes myself. I wanted, and clearly stated, that we needed the shoes to last 6 months. I wanted to buy a youth size 1, but was LIED to again that the shoe would stretch. I was sold a child size 12. My son grew out of the shoe 6 weeks into an 8 week ballet class. I spent $57 on what I thought would be a quality pair of dance shoes. I also bought multiple pairs of dance shorts and shirts. We tried calling and left several messages with no response. Terrible business practices. This is not how you treat customers. I do not recommend this business to any local dance moms or performers that frequently come through the area looking for quality dance wear. Awesome service!…read more Haven't been in here in a while, but I needed new mise en place bowls to replace my old ones. Went a bit after they opened. Walked towards where they'd have the bowls but couldn't find them. Then bam, a store clerk was standing there asking if I needed help. I told her what I needed, and she proceeded to take me there. Picked up 6 of the bowls. They changed the bowl, which is understandable, seeing as I probably got the old bowls like 20 years ago. Got what I needed, and was outta there in ~5 min.!
