They charged $100 and refused to waive it since they neglected to send the initial notification of the reminder. The appointment was made at the office but I was not given any card stating my next appointment date. I tried emailing them asking for the appointment date/time and no response, yet they still want to charge $100. Horrible customer service and billing. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Upon opening the treatment room door, I was met with a supportive atmosphere lit by a candle in a sconce, sounds of relaxing music, and the beautiful Spirits of Tara's sacred bowls. She asked if I was having any pain at the beginning of the session; I felt some in my neck and lower back. During the session, I experienced the white Crystal Bowls, and Brass Metal Bowls carrying the Spirits of the energy that Tara channels through these magical instruments. She placed the bowls around me as well as directly on my body as she played and brought forth their beautiful, transformative sounds. This interaction with my field felt so nurturing and relaxing; I realized at one point that my earlier pain was gone. The aromatherapy at the end was a delightful surprise.
