Since then my back has never felt the same and the imbalance caused a serious injury that has forced me to retire as a competitive athlete in a sport that was my whole life. My back will likely never be the same and I will require surgery in the future. If I could go back in time I would have never let Amy dry needle me, it is one of the biggest regrets of my life and will haunt me forever. They not only provide excellent treatment to you, but they can also support you with merchandise that will help you practice your exercises at home so that you can progress faster. The office staff is also at the top of their game. They are friendly and helpful. Did I mention that they also have a sense of humor? When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you know that people are happy to be there. Well, the staff is happy to be there. If you are going in for a massage, you are also probably happy to be there. I know I am! However, if you are there for physical therapy, you may feel hesitant and dread going, because you know that the "physical terrorist" will put you through the paces. I have been there. Sometimes 24-48 hour notice is not possible, but to be assessed a fee for trying to keep their staff healthy is really disappointing. Rigid cancelation polices, especially when working with pregnant patients who can have a myriad of issues arise, can result in loss of business. I'll be looking elsewhere to complete my PT. It should also be noted that while sure, most doctors offices have a 24 hour cancellation notice, most places value the health of their clients and their staff enough to waive cancellation fees when someone is calling with unexpected illness. Helpful to know that income is what really matters to this location! The cancellation policy reminders are incessant, but reminders are sent about appointments after you have already passed the 48-hour mark. For all prospective clients - please consider whether you may ever be susceptible to an illness prior to choosing this location for your PT, they are inflexible and have a much higher cancellation fee than any other practice I have visited across the spectrum of all medical facilities.

Unbeknownst to me she was allergic to my essential oil and ran around the office peering from behind walls like a caged animal every visit. It was extremely uncomfortable - first being attacked for monies before service rendered, then to being treated like a pariah for reasons not explained. All in all, it was a strange and unsettling experience. Severe customer service training is needed with communication techniques thoroughly reviewed.

They have been talked to, and one person was suspended for their behavior, but no long term improvement has resulted. Several weeks ago, I was verbally assaulted by one of these people, and felt physically threatened. The other 2 stepped in front of him before he could get close to me. I filed a written complaint to the local management team the next day. To my knowledge, as of this date, nothing was done. No expulsions, no suspensions, and no reprimands. I tried to contact the managing company, Health Fitness. I was promised a callback, but have received none. This behavior has been tolerated for over 2 years. I know of multiple complaints from other class members over those 2 years. I also know of at least 3 people who have left the club because of these 3 people. You can now make that 4, as I have resigned my membership and joined another health club. You agree to follow the code of conduct and pool etiquette when you join, and management has the authority to suspend or expel these people, but nothing is being done.
