The store has a great old-school feel and an enormous stock. Prices are reasonable, and the proprietor was engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful. Now to my gripe: of the three Bronze Age books I paid $5.00 each for, two were incomplete. One was missing pages, while the other was missing two-thirds of its back cover. The store tapes its bagged-and-boarded stock thoroughly and adds a barcode with a description, indicating that the damage must have been obvious. I would strongly encourage customers to ask the owner for an opportunity to inspect books before purchasing them. And to the store, if you are going to sell books with major defects, please state clearly on the bag that the book is incomplete.

Like another place in Elko that has a hodge podge of stuff, I imagine you might have to, given the area and all, here we have primarily a comic book store, with a very deep selection of back issues, much lighter selection of trades, action figures, toys, board games, plastic models and supplies for modeling, including paints, used CDs, LPs, DVDs and I imagine some stuff that I probably missed trying to see it all. Layout is a bit...I will charitably call it haphazard, but if you're looking for diamonds in the rough, changes are very good you will find it here if you spend the time. I came across a number of things I hadn't seen in years and a few I didn't know existed at all, just via casual browsing. Prices don't seem to be marked particularly well, but the staff is quite nice and helpful. All in all, if you need a comic fix, this is the spot and I'd rank it solidly in the middle, maybe on the higher side of the middle, of all the places I've been...just hope they are able to expand into a bigger space.

I recently went and unfortunately checked out the reviews for this product and found what it was made of and what kinds of cats eat it and everything else about this inexpensive cat food. We come every single week to some times multiple times a week. My husband and I have Walmart…read moreaccounts. Always get text receipts. I went to Walmart alone for a large grocery order. Used a checker as I always do. Paid with the Walmart app. Receipt goes to phone. On my way out im approached and asked for receipt. I let him know I don't have a paper receipt but have one on my phone. He told me that's not allowed. I'm so confused at this point. As he's arguing with me he puts his hands on my cart in front of me and told me I'm not allowed to leave the store. So detained me at front of the store. Called others up. Once they came up showed them my receipt on my phone and left. Was completely shaken up. A grown man doing that to a women for power control. Completely embarrassing and unacceptable. When they did finally call me after complaining was asked what I was expecting. Umm atleast an apology. Haven't went back since and don't plan to.
