When my kids were littler, I used to come here a lot. Now that the younger one has finally outgrown the largest size they carry here, I come here for gifts for baby showers. They always carry lots of different sizes from babies through toddlers to big kids, but especially items for babies and tots phases. Carter's clothes are all so cute, the patterns vary and the colors are all very brilliant and vivid no matter the print. From polka dots, to floral prints, to little trains and tracks, to spaceships, to dinosaurs and monsters, if you can think it up, Carter's got in as a print on their adorable apparel. The quality of fabric they use here is good too, mostly cotton b/c that's best for our skin, so especially for little ones' skin, I like to choose cotton. Some items are cotton/poly blends and that's ok for older kids I feel, like active and play wear. Their clothes w/blend fabrics help wick away sweaty wetness and definitely won't wear out as quickly or look as washed compared to cotton. But generally, I get cotton only for babies. They even have socks and little shoes here although the selection for shoes is limited, and that's ok, since they're not a dedicated shoe store. Their retail prices could be kind of high, so I don't choose the full-price items, but they put many items on sale and there's even clearance items for seasonal clothes that are being moved out of the store, so you can find good value there. As for service, I feel they let you browse at your leisure, but if you have questions, there's always someone there to answer, you just have to ask. Overall, I'm very glad that Carter's still in Elk Grove and right next to the Target and Michael's on Laguna so there's a convenient location too. Hope they stay for a long time to continue to be there for the Elk Grove and greater Sacramento community's kids clothes customers.

This location is neat and has a great selection of baby clothes. Items are affordable and soft. You can't go wrong with the clothing styles they have. The design was based on one of their in-store pieces, with a few personalized changes. Because my áo dài was custom and included lace, the lace differed from what was used on the store version. That actually made it feel even more special--truly like it was made just for me. I can't say enough good things about working with Linh. I don't live in Sacramento, and she was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering multiple fitting appointments whenever I was in town. One of my friends and I were talking about how our big back would fit in the clothes we wanted because the clothes are not in US sizes. I'm a large in US sizes but had to look at 6x & 7x at the clothes I was looking at. The clothing I wanted weren't in any size I could fit so I had limited options. The owner did find a dress for me it was a shiny Gold dress. I tried it on and my friends and I agreed it was perfect! I purchased it and am happy with my option. My other friend purchased her dress here as well. The prices are a little high for the quality in my opinion, but I'm not sure if May make the dresses themselves. I would definitely shop here again and bring my friends because we had a great time shopping here.

An Average Shopping Trip -- Not Great, Not Terrible…read more The service here was just okay. There seemed to be a bit of a scavenger hunt to find a staff member when we needed help with inventory. To be fair, the store wasn't busy, so it might've been an awkward time of day -- maybe during a shift change or staff rotation. We were there specifically for jeans, and while the selection of styles was solid, the color range was limited. The sizing also felt pretty generic. My daughter has a slim waist and long legs, which meant she had to choose between jeans that were either long enough but baggy in the waist or perfectly fitted but too short. The employee was kind enough to suggest checking the website for more options -- but between you and me, if I have to go online anyway, what's the point of the store? That said, it wasn't all bad. My daughter did find a something that worked, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it wasn't a win, but it wasn't a loss either -- just a middle-of-the-road experience. No as to the value I can't speak to that because we walked out $80 lighter and on 3 pairs of jeans heavier. So, I will let you judge the value for yourself. So, I searched the Internet and found a few establishments in the Sacramento area. Sheetal Fashions was the first place I went to and I didn't have to look any further for another store. Nasreen and Malik were very helpful in suggesting the best outfits for an Indian wedding. I purchased a couple of outfits that fit just fine. They do offer alterations which thankfully I didn't need. They have a wide selection of beautiful outfits, jewelry and accessories.
