Great store if you are looking to save money on your children's clothes and still dressing them with good quality clothing. I travel an hour away a few times a year to buy the grandkids some cute clothes and sometimes books and toys. Diffidently worth the stop to check it out, organized and easy to find what you are looking for by size and category. Great job Kid to Kid staff for keeping such a clean store for us to shop. read more

Great selection. Inventory is clean and neatly organized. Staff is not so great: rude, unprofessional and juvenile. They don't want to wait on you. One employee snipped at a lady on a scooter (handicapped) who accidentally knocked into a rack. The same employee was talking loudly about a gruesome murder in the news and saying she was not sad it happened. So unprofessional. I won't be going back in spite of the other positive aspects of the store. Not worth the bad experience. read more

I've been here several times to buy as well as to sell. Selling is easy and simple. Bring your clean clothes in a bin and they will look it over. You get cash on the spot or an extra 20% if you opt for in store credit that does not expire. I've bought several things here and the store is pretty organized. I've gotten some great brands like milkbarn, tea collection, gap, etc all for a great price. They also have great sales so make sure you follow them on fb or ig for the heads up. I came here one day for their $1 days and bought so much stuff for a $1 a piece. read more

The store was neat and tidy. We went there to trade in some old clothes (which were in trash bags due to our current financial situation) and with an attitude, the worker told us the clothes had to be laid out flat in separate bins. I can't help but feel discriminated against. read more

Locally owned. Receive instant cash upfront. Although the owners have not officially opened this location, they are accepting merchandise. The store is very spacious. I was going to sell my clothes online but after taking photos and realizing that it was an absolute headache I decided to go check out the store to sell my merchandise. I was very surprised to receive as much money as I did for my bin of clothes. After talking to the owner I realized that they except clothes of all seasons. I will take the convenience of dropping my clothes off and getting instant cash over taking hours of sorting clothes, taking photos, posting online, and dealing with people who don't pick up on time any day. read more

Every time I exchange clothes on this place I learn of another arbitrary rule. You can't bring more than two bags at a time, they can't be in paper bags. I checked the website to make sure if their purchasing hours. I see nothing indicating these rules. Do you come in and find out that they won't even look at your clothes if they're in a paper bag. I washed all the clothes prior to coming in here. It's an arbitrary thing and the poor workers are stuck dealing with the fallout, not the owners. Very little store credit is given. With 4 bags of clothing over two trips I got less than 20 dollars credit. I'm not a fan of kid to kid. I like the merchandise you can buy. I'd rather donate my used items and simply purchase things here when I need them. Mostly their rules are not stated on the website and very unclear. I think they need to improve the clarity of their purchasing procedure. And increase the store credit that you receive when bringing in items. Otherwise just donate your stuff and take a tax write off. read more

This place was very clean and well organized. The selection of gently used clothes was very good. The staff were helpful and did a good job at taking care of the me when I sold and bought a few items. I appreciate how they donate the clothes they cannot sell to a local charity so I don't have to lug back any unwanted items. read more

Kid to Kid Greenville, SC is a very organized, neat and clean store. If you need an outfit because your kid is soaking wet with juice, you can stop here and find something. This is a great place to shop for gently used and new children's clothes, toys and books. Lots of maternity clothes at great prices. Strollers, bath tubs, little potties, you can check here before you buy new. The owner is fabulous and employs very kind and helpful people to help make the store so great. read more

The service was awful. First off the staff got an attitude when I brought in my boxes to be looked at. Then they give very little store credit. The selection isn't that great. You could find better places to go for better prices. There isn't much of a discount on the items they resell but they only give you a quarter of the price for the item you bring in. I do not recommend shopping here. read more

I've had no problem with this store until today when I brought back something new I had purchased because it was simply too small, nothing else was wrong with the product. They told me they wouldn't give me a refund OR store credit with receipt and tags still attached. poor customer service read more
