I was pretty impressed with the amount they offered me and opted to take the cash rather than the in store credit for more. The girls at the counter were nice. I think one was the owner or possibly a manager. They don't have a huge selection of clothes for kids but I think it's because they are pretty picky with what they select which is fine. They have great brands. The prices are more on the higher end in my opinion for second hand clothing. They do have other baby stuff like toys and tubs and what not. I would come here again if I need to sell anything else.

But there is literally no rhyme or reason to what they will take from a consigner. Their racks are filled with old dingy clothing and yet you take something that's nicer than just about anything on the shelves and they tell you it's outdated/not current. They tell you they don't take certain brands, yet you see those brands hanging on the racks. Literally. It's been happening for years, but then there'll be a spell where it won't...so I kept going back periodically. Pretty done. Zero consistency. Unfriendly employees. Shop elsewhere.

Ok, I came here to return a few things that I bought online. I didn't wait long at the line. When I…read moregot up to the cashier she was very sweet but when I told her I needed to return my items she looked at it and then at me and said "Oh ok, I didn't really see you buying these." What?? You don't know me! Lol. She also kept saying she couldn't return or find my order. I told her I was just told to give her my order number or give her the card I used and she refused both a few times. I have no idea what other way she was trying to find it but she finally took my card. I have no desire to come back and actually shop here.

We got there as the store was opening, so there wasn't a crowd only a few people shopping in the store. This was my first time visiting the store. It was well stocked, but as with most stores more clothes for girls than boys. The selections they do have are really nice, and there was a 50% off sale happening. I found him two pairs of shoes, and an outfit. His cousin bought him some water shoes, sandals, bedroom slippers and an outfit. With his one year birthday coming up, we did pretty good.
