I had a great day shopping in the bigger store! It was the first time I had been there and it was super! Neat, organized, space to move and push the carts, so nice. Things are displayed so much better and the selection of items is amazing! I would have liked to have seen more books for older children, since I have a 9 year old who is reading chapter books, but I did find a book and game for her at a great value! I also loved being able to get sale items and items for various seasons! It's hard to find swimsuits for a growing child who is in swimming year round! Being able to make the trip to Kid to Kid was well worth the time to travel over 4 counties to be able to get some great deals! The check out experience was super easy and the clerk was awesome to chat with and made me feel like I was an old friend and also told me where other places were to find deals downtown!! The Girls working are always so very nice and helpful, and Racks are always stocked and organized! They have an awesome book and toy section with great prices. Dance shoes, costumes, bows, ties, shoes, basically everything you need for a baby/infant/toddler and beyond, they have! I refuse to pay full price for just about everything now that I've started coming here! I also just saw they sell diapers! (When people sell them) The infant sections always have awesome awesome stuff! I have gotten so many brand new items for half the price! I wish 2t and up sections were bigger, but understand they can only put out what they get in. It's my go to place for my ridiculously fast growing little boy! It's an awesome place for saving money while getting great quality items; especially in times like these! I visited Kid to Kid in State College today for their big Halloween costume sale. There was a good selection. The costumes were definitely pricier than I thought they'd be from their advertisements and also from comparing them to some much lower prices you can find on FB Marketplace for the same quality costumes. This was unfortunate and certainly lessened the amount I bought from them greatly. I did find a couple items, not part of that 'sale', in the other aisles that were priced much more reasonably for second hand clothes, so I grabbed a couple of them. The service was fine, nothing really to report there. I'll definitely return, but would probably wait for a nicer sale. They do have nice stamped-tag sale days. read more

I visit the Kid 2 Kid store everytime I am in town. I purchase clothing for my grandsons sizes 2T, 3T and 4T. It is virtually impossible to find high quality used clothings for boys in any size, anywhere else. Kid2Kid always has a great selection to choose from and I never leave empty handed. They have specials, their prices are always affordable and marked accordingly. Service is always welcoming and the storeis clearly marked with sizes and easy to navigate. I am grateful that Kid2Kid exists. I have been able to supplement my grandsons wardrobes without breaking the bank of grandma. There is also a selection of new toys and various items also. I saw the Catch of the Day on Facebook and ended up calling the store the next day when they opened at 9am. I was able to put a Tonies box with characters on hold, which gave me peace of mind that what I wanted to buy would be at the store when I arrived. I love that this is something that Kid to Kid does because I don't live super close. While the store only accepts returns on clothes and shoes, the employee did reassure me that if the Tonies box did not work I could return it for store credit. I got home and the Tonies box worked exactly as it should. I was so excited because I have been wanting to get one for my son, but couldn't justify the price of buying one brand new. read more

This was my first visit to kid to kid. It was suggested to me by a friend now that we've had success with IVF, which was expensive to begin with. Kid to Kid had EVERYTHING we could want or need. Everything from needs for my 6 year old to preparing for the one on the way. They have maternity clothes, postpartum supplies, boppee pillows, diaper bags, clothes for all seasons from premiee to size 10, seasonal outfits, coats, shoes, they have strollers, walkers, games...and so much more!! I absolutely love, love, love this store! My family and I come here and bring clothes my son had grown out of to sell back. Whatever they don't buy back, they donate for me. The money I get for the buy back goes right towards the new purchase that day. They already have great prices to begin with. Then they have their stamp sales and bonus extras for buy backs. It will be a super rare occasion if I buy my son anything from a department store or at full price for a long time! In addition, the ladies working there are so kind and really love what they do. Kid To Kid is a great place to go for new and used items for the expecting parent all the way to their young teenager! I've never had a poor customer service experience here either, even when my kids couldn't keep their hands off the shelves of toys. If I had to say anything other than positive, I'd say that the aisles could be a bit bigger (but how else do you pack so much into one space?) and they can be a little picky on what they buy from you. I love shopping here - mostly just for clothing now that my kiddos are getting older, but there are tons of other children's items to choose from. The staff is always friendly and ready to help with any questions. It also helps that its much easier on the wallet than department stores, and they typically have a wide selection of in-season items. the ladies working here are a joy. you can tell they enjoy their job. very thorough so the clothing in the racks are as close to new you can get for 2nd hand. many still have original tags. but not all. no stains, they don't take anything with OBVIOUS WEAR like frays and discoloration. lots of high end and low end so whatever you are looking for or your budget is you'll find it. tons of sales and seasonal displays. It's like a Platos closet but for kids. Perfect for when kids grow out of things so quickly and you don't want to pay name brand. Also great that you can sell your gently used clothes and gear there. They have everything you could possibly need for your little one - clothes, shoes, swaddles, maternity wear, baby carriers, bassinets, strollers, books, bows and teethers (just to name a few)... The State College location has a warm sales team that makes the selling and buying process easy. I like that the items available are on trend for the season. More options in the younger/smaller sizes. I've noticed the 4-5T has fewer selections but that could also be because toddlers have more spills. Overall positive experience and cute finds. The clothing was in great shape, so I bought several pieces for my new twin great nephews. Some things are more expensive than i remember but it was 10 years ago when i was there sooo. 9/10. Found the cutest Easter clothes for my twin sons! Great price - much better than Amazon. The woman at the register was super friendly too, I didn't catch her name but she said she was new there. She was super sweet to my boys and even came around the counter to say to hello to them as they were in the stroller. Every time I visit this location I have a positive experience 10/10 read more
