Then they sent out two electricians to do the work one person could do and charged me double the rate with very little work getting done each day. They caused excessive damage on my home and when I brought it up to the owner he got belligerent with me. He refused to come out to the home to inspect the damages and instead cussed at me. This guy belongs in prison and should not be running a customer service business. He clearly has little man's syndrome and angry at the world. Aside from the degenerate owner, his employees are extremely unqualified and spend most of there day getting high on the job site completely incapable of following the simplest direction.

On 11/17/2025 we had Eli Electrical replaced a bathroom light/fan fixture and 2 days later when we…read moreturned on the bathroom lights the circuit breaker tripped. It kept tripping every time we turned on the lights. We called them and told them what was happening and instead of quickly sending someone over to see what they did wrong, they said they would "put us on the schedule" but it would not be until 12/17/2025 that they would send someone over!! The owner Mark said if they had a cancellation sooner, they would come. We sucked it up and settled down to wait. Well, they had no cancellations and when the 17th arrived Eli Electric didn't. I called Eli Electric to ask where they were and no return call, I left messages and no return message. Needless to say, we will have to call a more reliable and professional Electrician to see what the problem is and get it fixed correctly. So no, I do not recommend Eli Electric.
