Called a couple times with no call backs then sent a detailed message explaining. Management said they were willing to take a look at the bill and talk with the guys. Was notified today that the guys who performed the work said the conversation never took place and that's not how they do things. I honestly don't have the time and imagination to make some bogus claim. I was initially grateful at the honesty and didn't really think my bill would be lowered. If they did really talk with the guys, it's just my word against theirs and I was labeled a liar. Therefore I will never do business again with advance electric and as a small business owner I would not recommend them either. I hope they enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies and rice crispy treats.
