This place has been such a huge part of my life and career. I've had the chance to work with amazing coworkers, supportive leadership, and so many families over the years. One of the best parts has always been watching the kids grow--from their first days in early childhood classrooms all the way to getting ready for kindergarten. It's a warm, caring environment where the staff really know the children and put in the effort every day to make learning fun and meaningful. You can tell the kids feel safe here, and that makes all the difference. I've stayed here for so long because it never felt like "just a job." It's been a community. As I move on to a new chapter, I'm really grateful for everything I've experienced here. I'll always be thankful for the families, the children, and the people I've worked alongside. I would absolutely recommend this childcare center and preschool to any family looking for a place where their child will be cared for and supported.

Although, there were some advantages to Childtime, like an app that allowed you to get real time updates (like baby connect), we have found the staff and particularly the administration to be far superior at NT Kindercare. We enjoy the staff so much we actually use one of his teachers as a babysitter. Also, the administration does a great job at communicating with parent, whether it be staff changes, safety notices, and simple requests. My wife and I went all the local child care places in the area and NT Kindercare stand above all of them, in our humble opinion.

We saw the amount of the tuition multiple times. They asked us to wait as they printed us a new paper with multiple errors and wrote a higher tuition amount. We almost agreed to it because our daughter is sad at her current school. But we gave the thought some more time and consideration. We spoke to the staff and they said they would adjust their information by end of March/April to reflect the new amount. We gave them a few months to update their info because something felt slightly off. It looks like they selected us to be the family to get overcharged.

Small class sizes and immersive learning styles teach them how to be engaged in what they are doing. We recently were able to sit in on a class for an hour and it's so cute seeing them all get to work on projects that they decide to do and having a snack when they want to. The are very independent while getting valuable lessons. The style in which they teach reading and math has my oldest daughter reading in a much higher level and even doing multiplication and division. They still teach cursive which I believe is a fundamental lesson that is being lost in other places. The children are so much more independent and really show care and compassion towards their fellow classmates.

My son started coming here when he was 6 months old and is now in elementary school. He loves going back to the school age room during breaks to see his old teachers and friends. In fact, he ALWAYS begs me to attend extra days! My daughter is two and loves coming here. The teachers take great care of the kids. I drop my children off knowing that they are in wonderful care. The Owner, Kim and Director, April are very helpful, involved and always go above and beyond! The teachers are interactive and have great activities planned for the kids. Any negative reviews on this place just seem confusing to me. Makes me think that the people leaving them are the same ones who will never be able to be pleased regardless of any scenario. We're keeping our kids in this place as long as we can. I feel like it's the right place for them and feel that the negative reviews on this place should be overlooked. Jennifer was helpful with everything. I disagree with the other reviewers in the following ways (and I will explain why I LOVE KA at the same time): 1. Every kid is different - my daughter knew all of her letters and numbers way before my son (and she is younger). You can't rely on them growing at the same speed. 2. The 3 year old room has Miss Joan who has worked for KA for YEARS. She goes through letters and numbers in the mornings. My son came to KA at 4 knowing nothing and she whipped him into shape in a few months. She can be a tough cookie, but if you need parenting advice and can't find Jennifer (the director)...Joan is your girl. 3. Tuition: you have to pay holidays and vacation days regardless of where you go. As long as we have gone to KA, they have not had a snow day. Ever. ALLLLLL the other schools will be closed, but KA is open for business. 4. Homework: feel like you have NO CLUE what your kid is doing all day at preschool? I've been there. KA sends home optional homework packets that my son LOVES doing. It helps me realize what he is learning during the day and he likes to show off (to me and probably also his sister) all of his number knowledge. 5. Turnover: There have been a few people moving around, but nothing like what I have seen at other centers. The center director has been there for over a decade. She knows her stuff, is no-nonsense but kind. She has a love for her job and her students. And she is a fountain of knowledge if you need help with ANYTHING. I don't know anything about the baby/toddler side because my son is older, but overall we are very happy.

You have to pay all holidays and if there is a snow day or if they loose power, you have to pay for all those days. 4. you also have to pay 1/2 tuittion for vacation days. 5. last snow day they did not update their voicemail message and I drove 2 kids in a snow storm 15 miles to find a note in the door that center is closed. 6. Overall not happy at all.
