Dr Jodi was away and although it was purely cosmetic she left her family and came in so he could smile on his first day!

My records were sold to Grosser when my previous dentist retired. I should never have come to him. I had a cracked wisdom tooth and went to Grosser. He told me that the tooth was fine, even though I could clearly see the crack in the mirror. I ended up going to another dentist after a piece broke off, who then directed me to have an oral surgeon extract it. Grosser also performed a root canal and crown on me. The process of getting the crown was drawn out to nearly 3 months. When I was feeling pain on that side of my mouth the weeks after, I went to a different dentist to have it evaluated and see if a filling near the crown was loose, as that is what Grosser had told me, and inquire if that was the true source of the pain I was feeling. The dentist examined me and told me that there was no loose filling, and showed me an x-ray of the crown, showing that the remaining tooth had been fractured and crown post dislodged, all in the course of a month after receiving it. Now I am in the process of getting a dental implant due to his botched work, but at least I know to never visit Grosser again and let a different dentist handle it. Fillings from Grosser were difficult to floss. Even the best floss would be torn apart trying to pop it out of the space around the source of the filling. This same situation not just to me, but other family members. Different dentists that we have visited after have all been surprised by things such as 1) oversized fillings at risk of breaking, and 2) his over-enthusiasm for crowns and shaving off way too much tooth. Grosser is clearly not implementing the best practices under best practices. When a family member asked him about the difficult flossing, Grosser straight up lied and said there was no issue, even though he himself could not even get the floss out of the gap. I'm sad that I have Grosser so many chances. I should have just trusted my gut and went elsewhere after the misjudged broken wisdom tooth (the crown was unfortunately done beforehand). After my misadventures here, it is clear that he does not put his patient's best interests first, and his shoddy practices cause more problems than they solve. There are much better dentists on Long Island and in the RVC area that you can go to who actually care about their patients and have up-to-date equipment and techniques. Grosser honestly deserves to lose his license to operate. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere before you get hurt.

My sister completed her Invisalign treatment here,…read moreand instead of finishing with a straight smile, her teeth are uneven because the staff made mistakes with her treatment. When my mother went in to address the issue, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff were rude and dismissive. Even though they are the ones who messed up, they told us my sister would still have to pay for a retainer at the end of her treatment. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to deliver the results promised, but they also treated us poorly when we tried to get it resolved. My sister's teeth are now worse than when she started, and this office refuses to take accountability. Please save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment go somewhere else where patients are respected and treatments are done correctly

After 10 min, I call the front desk which goes to the answering machine telling me I'm calling outside of business hours??? On Thursday at noon??? I left after waiting for 20 minutes outside in the pouring rain. They called me and asked why I didn't show and if I want to reschedule - lol cant go back to a place that doesn't care about new patients. Why was the front door locked during business hours? Why was no one at reception? If I had an appointment booked, why is someone not at the front to at least let me into the office? Why did it take them 25 minutes to call me and remind me that I have an appt at noon? Wish I had these answers
