I love this place so much. Not only do they take the awful insurance that my job offers us, but they're actually very good. The TVs on the ceiling are helpful, the old toys are fun to look at, the wait times aren't bad, and all the dentists and dental hygienists are awesome. After our son's baby tooth being infected we were told at times the Novocain doesn't work. So they proceeded and watched my son cry and have sounds I've never heard come out of him. The second time same scenario but I stopped it. Then. The "Dr". lol Dentist. Attempted to explain how if we didn't proceed. We might wind up in the ER and may will impede his breathing or go septic. In FRONT OF OUR SON? Bedside manner and common sense are not that common anymore. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm not big on leaving things like this but all this place is, is a money grab, next patient, next patient. I promised my son never again. If Novocain isn't working. STOOOOOP!!!! Or imagine someone ripping a tooth out of your head w no pain medication. Four days later after the amoxicillin took effect. Another dentist removed the tooth. In five minutes. Because the Novocain worked. Because the infection was gone. Your greed is shameful and inhumane. read more

Let's start with i specifically made an appointment with the other doctor (the lesser of two evils) but they stuck us with Dr Nora. She stained my sons face with the fluoride. She manhandled him putting some oversized contraception in his mouth for cleaning. Poking and pulling his face Kid friendly NOT! Maybe if your kid is hardened criminal. My son has no fear with doctors - embraces them with love and questions - Never cries or complains but he said one thing to us PLEASE DONT BRING BE BACK THERE THAT LADY IS MEAN! Dear my little dentist in Levittown, As a single mom I want to thank you so much for making me feel like a terrible person for my three year old having cavities. Basically giving me the only options to sedate my son for over two grand or giving him black teeth. Then when I asked you questions to turn around and get nasty with me? Unacceptable. If you care for your kid, do not bring him/her to this place. My daughter and I had the worse experiences. She needed two crowns. The person who took care of her, I don't think, was a dentist, and she should not be practicing anywhere a child is. She put the first crown, and it was the wrong side, then when she tried to put the second one, it did not fit; when I tell you this lady put all her weight to push the other one in, it is an understatement. It was so frustrating to watch as a mother, and I will not let it happen again. In the end, she calls another dentist to help her; the other dentist seems like she knows what she is doing and immediately notices that the wrong side was put in the first place. THEY LEFT A BIG BRUCE ON MY DAUGHTER'S LIPS, AND WHEN I TOLD THEM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE PROFESSIONALISM TO APOLOGIZE. Extremely disappointed with their service. read more

My husband and I took our daughter for a dental procedure. The dentist explained that she would take out the back teeth, but after the procedure, my husband and I noticed that they had taken her two front teeth along with her back. We were in shock, and when we questioned, they acted like they didn't care- the only thing they said was, " oh really, sorry. I thought someone mentioned it." When I came back for a follow-up and mentioned what happened to the head dentist, he went to his desk and slipped a piece of paper which was a waiver form for the incident, and told me to sign before he did the check-up. I texted my husband, who told me never to return there again. Also, like to mention that the front desk receptionist is rude and borderline racist. At one of our appointments, when I mentioned how difficult it was for me to come here due to my work schedule, she said, " Well, it's not like you could find a dentist with your plan." As a city employee, I think my plan is decent, so I don't know what she meant by this, and was this comment necessary? Also, a couple of times, My family was there, she treated us like We didn't speak English and ignored us when we walked into the office. Just from observing, I could see that they don't have much or any Asian customers in that office, so I don't know if it is because of our race, but she was unprofessional and uncaring toward us. - deferential treatment is real here. My word of advice, this is 2022, and we all live on the same planet so get your staff training on cultural competency, microaggression, bias, and medical professionalism. read more

Dr. Adam is amazing with children. Even my 2 year old daughter was giggling through the entire experience. My son, who had a cavity, was happy to report how exciting it was to have Dr. Adam "draw" a monster truck and spiderman on his tooth... "Shh... it's a secret and only he and Dr. Adam can see it because of Dr. Adam's magic pen" Both of my children went in a little timid and left with big smiles, excited to use their new character toothbrushes. I highly recommend this pediatric dentist. I have 2 children who were terrified of the dentist and the staff, especially Savannah and Dr. Adam have gone out of their way to make them feel at ease during their treatments. My children are no longer afraid of the dentist. As a bonus, the front desk staff are extremely nice as well and try everything to accomadate my work schedule when making appointments, and they even call to check on my kids later that day. All I can say is "WOW"! Finding a good pediatric dentist is tough. My wife took our daughter to another dentist who had very little to no bedside manner and "found" 6 cavities. Outrageous! So then took her to our regular dentist for a consultation who said there were nowhere near 6 and My Town's assessment was on the money too. My daughter was so scared but the dentist was very friendly, reassuring, and nice. It went so much better then we could have hoped, so much so that she actually stayed after the procedures to play instead of wanting to book out as soon as possible. If you have kids this is the place to go. Kudos!! read more

I bring my kids here and I truly couldn't ask for a better experience. The front desk ladies (Tiffany and Marina) are so thorough and they explain everything from my co-payments to breaking down my insurance info for me. We've seen two hygienists (Sheila and Sarah) and they were both wonderful. They make my kids feel so comfortable and are great at what they do. Dr. Alyssa is so great with kids, her patience is unmatched. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends as often as I can because it truly is a great experience. Today was our first visit! The office is clean, beautiful , extremely kid friendly high tech. My child enjoyed the iPads and the train set. The reception area is friendly and welcoming. The assistant was calm and helpful. Dr Adam was amazing with my special needs child. He encouraged him and was patient and attentive. We were able to successfully complete a full cleaning with x rays, something my child couldn't accomplish at our previous pediatric dentist. I am so very impressed. I think we found a keeper!
