Every year I look forward to coming to this little shop and every year I am surprised by the treatment received while paying a million dollars for clothes my kids will wear a few times.. This year, it felt as if every question was exasperating to the staff. If their eyes could talk, I'm pretty sure they would say, "why are you speaking to me right now?" I hope they can figure this piece out. It was incredibly disappointing on both occasions I was there this past week.
