We told the front desk lady that someone must've lost their phone and she proceeded to tell us not to pick up other people's things and then it was one of the staffs we said we were sorry and put it back. This was when we started getting weirded out by their service. She then started yelling at her employee to " watch what we're doing watch what we're buying watch what we're stealing". This lady was insane as we were just teenage girls shopping in the shop. I would not recommend going to the shop at all the front desk lady was probably the rudest person I've ever met.

You would think the associates would offer an explanation of anything. I came over to ask and she pointed me in the direction and said everything's there. Then one associate walked over to show the charms drawer. Every drawer was empty except the letters, and even the letters were not all there. You're creating this experience for a child, maybe put some effort into it? Seems like they are there for a paycheck, and that's it. My kids picked some charms, added them to the collars. There was no explanation of anything else. What a crappy experience. Seems like a great idea but you need people that actually want to be there and like kids, not the people you had working.
