This is an excellent organization that provides occupational therapy and other services for children. Our therapist has been wonderful with our son and has truly worked hard to support him in so many ways. With continued support and patience at home, the care, guidance, and encouragement from their OT has made a real difference for our child. We're very thankful for the progress we've seen. I highly recommend Kid's Creek Therapy for occupational therapy. The therapists, customer service, and overall environment have all been great. One thing to note--scheduling can be limited, so it may take some time to get started. That said, it's a reflection of how in-demand they are, and it didn't take away from our experience. Grateful for the owner, staff, and therapists. Most importantly, my son loves coming here--and that means everything to us. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Justine. We've been seeing her since my little one was two months old and she is now 18 months and doing well. This was a better option for us than CHOA, as they bill a copay while CHOA bills hundreds per session until you hit your deductible. Highly recommend. read more

Was going there for about 10 years and was great in the beginning but the last few years have been terrible. They have a high turnover and don't keep the same therapists long. My daughter is an Autistic teenager and they told me she has reached a plateau and didn't need OT or speech therapies. My daughter has several challenges but they didn't want to help past this so called "plateau". I have several teacher and therapist friends who couldn't believe I was being told this. We have since other therapists who are willing try new things and be creative. Don't waste your time. You'll be lucky if you keep the same therapist for a year! read more

The one start goes to Ms. Penny, and Mr. Alan (who is no longer there). I think I can give a thorough review. Perhaps if I had followed what many other moms had advised me who left due to their high turn overs and student oriented staff, I wouldn't be giving this review. With that said, my review is based on Elena. She was the speech therapist to my child who has ASD. Long story short, she came across as a super jolly and nice individual, but had the guts to yell at my child in front of my face while he needed assistance with tying his shoes. Yes, she yelled at a child who has a speech delay and its very difficult for him to express himself. That's alright though because I dealt with her yelling ass outside of the office and treated her just like she treated my child. By the way, the owner (Melanie) was so happy that I said what I had to say to Elena outside and not in the therapy center - not sure why that question was even asked or concerned her whether I spoke with her inside or outside the office. Fast forwarding, I had a meeting with Jessica and Melanie regarding the issue. It was evident that Melanie took her staffs side since she had to make it known that Elena came highly recommended by CHOA. I can give a rats ass if she came from Egypt on a white horse - she was wrong! My second issue: You will see Melanie (the owner) in the front sitting at Ms. Penny's desk and she won't say two words to parents. Mind you, we just had a meeting regarding one of your therapist yelling at my child. Never once did she follow up on how Jayden was doing! She is very fake. She won't even take the time to come out and greet families. You can forget it because she is not personable nor does she care to make conversation with families. Jessica was the only one (other than Ms. Penny) taking the time to stop and say "hello." I appreciated her for that. At least she understands how families should be addressed and treated. She even asked me several times after I stopped therapy with that idiot (Elena) if there was anything she could do to assist my child with continuing his speech therapy. To add, Elena is not specifically trained to assist kids with autism. She has no training in that area. And I don't anticipate she is currently doing any conibtuing educstion courses. I should have been more proactive with investigating this before I agreed to the ST services. She was trained to deal with kids who have cleft palates. I even witnessed one afternoon her incompetence (once again) on how she handle one of her patients who had just had their hands almost broken off in the door area. This woman said to the child "oh you're fine buddy." This kid was clearly in so much pain, that Ms. Penny had even gotten up from her desk to assist the mom. He was yelling to the top of his lungs from the pain. Elena had no remorse and just literally stood. I am glad I stopped services with this center - something is way off in that place and it is very negative. read more

So far great place and a great staff. My son is moving forward in progress and the staff is positive, informative, and very helpful. I would recommend it for anyone. read more

It's so scary when you figure out that your child needs help with developmental delays. In our case, it was for my son's speech delay. No one can take all of that fear away. But at Kid's Creek you get all the support you could ask for so that you can make it through even the tough times. I originally found Kid's Creek by looking online. But I truly believe that finding Lisa McCall was a godsend. She has not only been a great therapist she has become a trusted support to us the parents as well. As a therapist she has made a huge difference in my child's development in such a short time and because of her nurturing & caring nature my son thinks of her as a friend ( I do too) and looks forward to seeing her each week. In addition to all the great staff, the owner Melanie wants to make sure that every parent feels comfortable and even has monthly support groups to allow other mother's to connect. Anymore, many people just have a "job". But it is very clear that at Kid's Creek they really care and do the work because they love making a change in a child's life. read more

Tula does an awesome job with my son's torticollis! He's 8 months old and lights up when he sees her. She sings to him and has the sweetest, most loving disposition while staying on task with all of his exercises. I've learned a ton from her on how to implement those things at home. I've seen a lot of improvement within a short period of time and I have Tula and Kid's Creek Therapy to thank. read more

Kids Creek Therapy in Johns Creek Ga is one of, if not the BEST place for your children who need to have all their needs met with speech therapist, OT and many other programs and camps for all our sweet kiddos with special needs from young to teens plus. My sweet son Ty has been going to Kids Creek since he was almost 6 and he is now turning 15. He has PDD.nos ASD with other issues in sensory and language disorder. The owner Melanie McGriff is hands on and takes our children under her wing. Everything is caringly organized to make sure your child is with just the right therapist and meeting goals. My Ty has learned more thru Kids Creek than he has collectively from his school experience because that is how good the staff is. We have had a couple of therapists thru the years but our Speech Therapist Jessie Willis is somebody I wish we could bottle and take her with us everywhere we go! Jessie is magic and not just helps Ty but treats him like family, pushes him to reach goals further but is kind and sweet and patient. We as a family have said many times if Ty could be with her or at Kids Creek all day instead of his actual school we would be the luckiest people. WE LOVE her and We Love Melanie and her amazing vision to have created such a facility for our special kids who need more than tests and graphs or to not be just an appointment number. Kids Creek provides what just feels like home and makes it something our kids look forward to. I hope this reaches the parents who just feel upset or frustrated and just want stress taken away and a loving place with the best staff and therapists that will just enhance your long journey to help your sweet child. They have helped me personally as well as Ty. Compassion and Loving help sometimes is the one ingredient that can make a hard day a little better. Kids Creek is waiting to help you too! Love Buffy.
