I love that she takes the time out of every visit to break things down for us in simple, easy to understand terms and shows us exactly what we should be working on at home as well. Even with all of the different patients and toys (which means exposure to a lot of germs), I always feel like the space and toys are kept super clean and I love that they make time between each patient's visit to wipe down and clean all surfaces and toys that were touched. We were also able to easily change our schedule when my son started school. My only hang up is I wish the end of session discussions were done in private. I hear others children's progression and they hear ours. I would prefer privacy.

From the very start she knew exactly what would work for me and it's been life changing. Psychiatrist are medical doctors. She is a medical doctor. She is NOT a therapist. She focuses on biological factors. I see some reviews and it seems that many people are confused by this. Dr. Vayalapalli is genuinely an excellent DOCTOR and I've been going to her for 10 years. I will not see anyone else. Full stop. Her staff is also excellent and I especially love, Gary.

Amy has been helping my 5 year old with her speech/language for about 4 months now. Having a…read morenewborn, it would have been hard for us to take her to see a therapist but Amy traveled to my daughter's school to see her. Unfortunately she is out of network with our insurance so we were having to use our out of network benefit. Beginning of this year, we lost our out of network benefit so we looked for an in network provider and had 2 sessions with the new provider. We knew after 2 sessions that we would not get the same quality of therapy that we were getting with Amy. My daughter also said she liked Amy better so we contacted Amy and resumed therapy with her.

Finally a pediatrician that opens on Saturdays. They open every other Saturday. I found it to be so convenient. Most places only work on the weekdays and a lot of parents can't afford to make the appointment. Sunflower is located on the 2nd floor. You'll have to take the elevator. This place was clean. Your greeted by the friendliest receptionist. The waiting room is small but its full of toys for the kids. They play kids shows on Netflix and not those cheesy dvds on repeat. Dr. Borieux was great. She treated our kids like her own and I thought she was very thorough with our well being exam. Hallway is bright and we didn't really have to wait long. The exam room was clean and painted differently in each room. She definitely listens and gives good advice. I like how it's small and personal. I feel like with a few more visits, she would be someone you want to get to know. My kids responded to her with ease. I think I made a right choice making her our PCP. I would highly recommend sunflower pediatrics!

My daughter was doing jerking episodes and I wanted to make sure she is okay... the lady told the doctor I wanted a second opinion... he wouldn't see us for this. When I explained to her that we haven't seen any other doctor and needed a opinion aside from our own... we were still denied. This doctor can care less about your child if you have out of state insurance. I waited on hold forever and wasted my time for nothing after being told we'd be seen.

Most other pediatricians would not see our baby girl since we are from out of state and will not be regular customers. Dr. Mordi did and we are very grateful. Not only that. We had several urgent questions after our appointment which he took the time to answer. I highly recommend him!
