She was so creative, patient, helpful and kind to him when she was working with him. She showed us exercises and games to play with him at home to help build up his left side motor/ bilateral skills. She would come up with these creative toys that we can make at home and he loved all her suggested toys. He has improved so much in the short time we have had with Ashley. She is great and we are so grateful for her work with him. We are forever grateful for all that you have taught our son.

We received a 2 bandaids and no injury report was made. I emailed them on Nov 11th to inquire about their safety procedures and I got no response. We went to the emergency room and found out that his middle finger was shattered and it was an open fracture. Still no one reached out or asked if he was doing okay. On Nov 25,23 we went to the office as usual and we ended up being terminated from the therapists office. That was a blessing in itself, these people are completely unprofessional and judging from the reviews I don't know how they are still in business.

My daughter has been attending TOTS for almost 2years now, she began shortly after graduating from…read morethe NICU. She is receiving OT, PT, and Speech therapy. She has came a long way physically with the help of Jordan and other team members, from rolling over to now walking/running everywhere! With the help of Patricia and other team members my daughter is having her GTube removed this year!! She has also learned how to communicate more, starting with signs and is now using words! In OT Lily and team have helped her fine motor skills with lots of cute crafts and her gross motor skills with lots of climbing. We thank you TOTS for being a huge part of my daughter's journey!
