My experience at Sovereign Rehab was excellent! I felt like I was going to visit family each time I went, and the rehab was made fun by the atmosphere created. There were people there of different ages and different ailments, and each therapist works with each other for a more complete goal towards independence. My therapist, Zach Hollis, was very knowledgeable in not only my tibia/fibula break, but also medical conditions that could have hindered my success in independence. He wasn't afraid to say if he didn't know the answer to a question (which I appreciated his honesty!) and would either look it up or ask another therapist. He made me enjoy coming, was encouraging, down to earth, yet challenged me to work hard. He also was willing to think outside the box for new ways for me to get better. Loved everyone who works there, and they seriously are so proud of you that it makes you not want to leave once you are discharged! Great experience, and if I ever need physical therapy again, I will choose - and recommend - Sovereign Rehabilitation!

I decided to give Sovereign a try because of a rave review from a friend. I was not disappointed! Erica took the time to discuss with me all of my complaints and created a plan specific to my needs! No other place I've been to has ever done that! I was so impressed. She gave me things to do at home and in the course of twice a week for 13 weeks I improved so much! Yes, 13 weeks sounds like a very long time, my initial RX was for 4 weeks, but I was so happy with my amount of improvemended I asked the Dr. for another RX! That's how much I LOVE this place. It was worth every penny of reaching my deductible to continue to be treated here. I've gotten to know most of the Therapists here and adored all of them, they love what they do and it shows. I've been seeking treatment for my lower back for years and was told by other physician there was nothing I could do. Steve took a look at me and performed a dry needling technique and cupping that was a great success. He also gave me tips on how to sit at work and change around my work station. It took a few days and I can honestly say back tightens is no longer an issue for me and I'm grateful Steve not only treated me but educated me on what was taking place. I was discharged from this location on yesterday and found out by a text message. I then went on…read morethe portal and saw the reason for the discharge REASON: I said I was too busy! this discharge also states I requested to be discarged which is LIES. I have never told the lady at the front desk I was too busy never, everytime I leave the office I tell her I will call in to make my next appoitnment. Everytime I do call the front desk Eva, the lady that sits there never have any avaialable slots so clearly there was a conflict. So I called in this morning to ask why was that reason was put for my discharge and that it needs to be fixed because KEISHA who states she is the Director said that's what EVA told her so I am asking when and what time did I tell Eva that? Keisha still saying that's what she was told trying to undermine the reason and blow me off. Very unprofessional, how is she a Director? She was Very rude and hung up in my face. Before she hung up on me I ask for a Supervisor and she would not give me any information also stated she needs to find out what she can change on the discharge paprer. I am like you put the truth, you discharged me and put your policy reason don't lie on me and say I said I was too busy. I never said that. I would never use this location again and I will definately let the VA know this experience since they referred me there. Not to mention I had seen about 4 or 5 different people since I started in March 2025. Two of them left that location then I saw a guy that was filling in, then two other people afterwards. Honestly, I am very dissapointed and for the lady at the front desk to lie and said I said I was too busy and then Keisha to be so rude and disrespectful is unacceptable, even if I did talk over you at the end of the conversation Keisha, I was NOT rude and as a Director you should have empathy better listening skills and better customer sevice skills instead of trying to disregard what I was trying to explain.
