DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! They are greedy and overcharge on every single aspect of their dental "care." They made my son wait for over a year to get a surgical appointment and I brought him back repeatedly during that time because his issues got worse and they just said oh well let's wait until the surgery to fix it. Then surgery time came and they wouldn't do the surgery until we paid everything up front and when I finally had enough and went to another dentist, they couldn't believe how long they let him stay in pain and said that the other dentist was reckless and let him develop an infection. Now my poor baby has had to have his front teeth removed. I brought him to that office 5 times in that year (paying almost $200 every time) begging for them to help him and they refused and said they couldn't do anything in the office and he needed to be put to sleep at the hospital. My son's new dentist said that they easily could have fixed his teeth had they actually cared enough to try. I am heartbroken for my son and I hope no one else takes their kids here. read more

I have taken my two girls here since they were toddlers. I've always been patient and understanding when they've been running behind. However, at today's appointment we were scheduled for 9:00am. We got there a few minutes early to get checked in but the doors were locked. We were the first ones at and in the door but we weren't called back until 9:22 and that was after I went up to the desk and made a complaint and after several families went back first. Other things happened too that I won't get into. We will no longer be coming back. read more

They always did a good job but I quit going to them for a while because of the rude workers. I always make sure my kids get to the dentist and doctor and the past year was horrible for me and I slacked off a little but when they started having problems i called to make an appointment and the secretary was very rude and made me feel horrible. she was very very rude. so I will be switching him to another dentist today. read more

During covid this office did a crowns for my child at a hospital and used dirty tools that caused my child two abscess teeth to be pulled. She was bullied for years until her teeth grew in. This place is a nightmare and extremely unprofessional! read more

Love Love Love Dr. John Wilson. Let's start with reception though. Amazing check in and out experience. From the time we walked in we were greeted with happy smiles. All of our questions were answered appropriately and we were overall impressed by the professionalism. The office is something great in itself. Such a big open area for parents not to have to sit elbow to elbow with others. It's great to be able to sit your child down and they have plenty of stuff to play with. Now, on the the dental assistant. Her name was Sharon. She was absolutely amazing to my 4 year old little guy. She did the teeth cleaning for you and was very gentle, but also in control so if he moved or tried to get up she was able to get him to cooperate. She was fantastic with him! Dr. Wilson is equally amazing. It's very important to me to include my child in his own well being therefore wanting doctors to talk to him as well as my husband and I. Dr. Wilson first approached my son and talked with him. He explained everything he was going to do and make him feel at ease. Then, he talked with us. He definitely knows how to handle his little patients as well as their parents. I couldn't imagine going up another dental office with such a great experience here. Of course, our son got a great report because we really take care of his teeth. No sodas, juices with lots of sugar, etc. All and all very happy with services received here and will always use them for our son. read more

Very pleased with Dr. John and the staff. They're all wonderful and have taken great care of my daughter's teeth. I haven't had to wait any longer than any other doctor or dentist practice. Most times my daughter gets in within 10 minutes of arriving. read more

Uugh- they are never anywhere close to keeping their appointment times. This time we rushed to get here and waited 41 minutes after the scheduled time. To compound matters we were never informed they were running behind. This is unacceptable customer service in my line off work. How about yours? read more

Took my son for his first appointment today. We have yet to add him to our dental plan but I wanted to go ahead and get him checked out. The appointment lasted maybe 4 minutes and the charge was $186. I was told they don't do full cleanings since he is so little. Instead they brushed his teeth and charged me $68 for a "cleaning". I will say the staff was nice as well as the doctor but the charges were ridicules. Make sure you have your child on your insurance plan before visiting. Definitely not a place to just take your child for an initial visit. read more
