I was dr Tran's patient since then she started this office, she was used to be more concerned with the patient's satisfaction and being on top of any issues but since last few years she hardly comes in and check the concerns and care about quality of work. She hardly stays in the room for a minute and make her staff to work the rest and by herself start working on the other client. Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. Springhurst Hills Dentistry is the first dentist office that I have had only positive experiences with! Considering how many dentist offices I've been to throughout my life, this is high praise. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuine. The office is a professional, calming environment, and their office hours are flexible! Office staff is incredibly thorough with checking insurance benefits, and their quotes on what I owe for dental work have always been accurate. Additionally, they have given me discounts when possible due to unexpected high cost. They once were even kind enough to call me the day before my appointment to inform me that my benefits had lapsed (unknown to me), and they kindly rescheduled at the last minute to give me time to sort out the mess with the insurance company. Regarding dental work I've had done: They have always been thorough in their cleanings, and they have addressed any and every concern I have mentioned at the beginning of my appointments. I have also received a permanent crown at this office after having a root canal completed by an endodontist. The crown fit beautifully, and I still have not had any problems after a year of having it in. Dr. Tran also identified that I grind my teeth in my sleep, and they fit me for a mouthguard to prevent further damage. They have taken the time to explain my x-rays to me so that I can understand any and all concerns that are present, and this brings security knowing why they are performing certain procedures or making certain recommendations. So I wanted to to get my teeth cleaned since I like having a pretty smile. I decided to check out this dentist since it had really good reviews. I made an appointment last month for a Tuesday at 5pm. I had no trouble finding the place. I'm giving Springhurst Hills four stars because of the delayed wait that I had to go through. I showed up two mins before my appointment and I was told I had to wait out in my car. I didn't mind waiting, however it took 23 mins before I even got a chance to be seen. It was kind of warm outside and sitting in the car didn't make it any better. So I called and somewhat complained asking how long would it be. The response I got was that "the girls are running a little behind." The workers there were very very slow and not considerate of time. When I finally went in the service was pretty good and the Dr. Tran was super nice and fast. I had no problems with them at that point. Do recommend to others, but due keep your eye on the time. read more

First time I had been to the dentist in two years and I had been told previously that I would have to have crowns and fillings on 6 of my remaining teeth. She examined me, new I had to get my gum disease under control, made my follow up appointments and done!!!! Awesome!!!! read more

I really liked this place until they charged me over the price I was told it would cost. I asked them to take the wrong charge off my account. They refused. Then they told me they don't want me coming back and to go elsewhere. They also had made mistakes on my retainer and took me 3 times as long to get it and I never once complained. I'm a huge fan! Just relocated and needed a dentist and came across this place. They have early and late hours which is a bonus! Place is wicked clean, always a good sign. TV's mounted on the ceiling... Whaaat? Super friendly all around, hi tech stuff and didn't try to tell me I have 5 million things wrong just to bleed my insurance! Good people good place! Best dental experience ever. I came from Los Angeles, then Washington DC, and now in Louisville Kentucky. By far the best customer service, best comfort with HGTV (2 screens), neck pillow, and cleaning was great. I even got a night guard and the whole experience was outstanding. Prices were completely fantastic, they took my insurance and I feel it was more than worth it. My family will be coming here in the future. Highly recommended. read more

The staffs are very friendly and fresh. There's an iPad with wifi to entertain you. There's only one doctor and her name is Dr. Tran. She's very professional and cares for the clients. While she and her assistant was cleaning my teeth, they kept me very comfortable by asking if I was okay and a comfy neck pillow. They also gave me a warm blanket since I was a bit cold. read more

After a pretty bad experience at my last dental office, I had clear expectations of what I was looking for in my next dentist - friendly, helpful staff, easy to make appointments in the early evening, and an office with up-to- date technology. Springhurst Hills Dentistry didn't just meet my expectations - they exceeded them. My hygienist (Hope) was very thorough and provided education on certain aspects of my cleaning. I had a really great experience at Springhurst Hills Dentistry a few days ago, which was a huge relief! Unfortunately, after Covid-19 restrictions being put in place, my wisdom teeth became infected. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a dentist any time soon. Even though Springhurst Hills has had to cancel non emergent appointments, such as cleanings, they got me in to be seen promptly! They were taking a lot of extra precautions to protect patients, such as scheduling any appointments spaced out. No other patients were here when I was, which was a huge relief. As someone with a chronic lung disease (cystic fibrosis), I truly appreciate all of the extra steps they put into place. I was told I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed asap, and they were able to get me in with the oral surgeon for a consult the same day. This was such a great experience, and I will definitely be coming here in the future for any of my dental needs. read more

Dr. Tran and her team are fabulous! I've always felt slightly awkward at Dentists because their expertise is all about your mouth but I was completely at ease here. I've never had a more simple and dare I say fun dental experience. The hygienist was hilarious and kept me smiling and wanting to talk around all the instruments in my mouth. Dr. Tran was so nice and gentle in reminding me what I already know about good dental hygiene. The office is beautiful and everyone is efficient. The staff is very nice and efficient. They'll answer any questions you have. I love the atmosphere here, everything was nice and comforting, up to date. Their hours are from 7 AM - 7 PM so definitely more flexible. If you're in the military you also get a 10% discount. read more

I had an appointment for a cleaning and a permanent crown today. I expected to be there for about an hour, since it was a general cleaning and maybe a little longer because I needed to get a permanent crown put it. About an hour later, nor did I even START my cleaning or even have my crown on. I told the assistant that I needed to be out of there since I had other plans. She said okay, which one would you prefer a cleaning or a crown. I said put my crown on. They made the crown wrong according to the assistant! It look her about 30 minutes trying to fix the crown, until she finally was about to put it on. I also NEVER once saw Dr. Tran. How do you go to the dentist and NOT see the dentist? I have crowns done before and always have had the dentist put them on or at least check up on the end. She didn't check after the temp crown nor the permanent crown. Regarding my cleaning, the assistant was asking about fillings and where my crowns were place. THE XRAYS SHOULD SHOW THAT. I have had multiple fillings, I have no idea where they are. Now, the staff was very friendly and nice but come on, regular cleanings should not take over an hour. I have done gone to new dentists before. It does not that take long at all. The first time I went there for pain, I actually did see Dr. Tran and they were much more efficient. Although, she didn't check up on my crown after. When I asked for her, they said she was at lunch already. read more

I became a patient at Springhurst Hills Dentistry in May, 2016; dentures received 4/2017. I have had good experiences with the business and Dr. Tran and her staff are very warm and professional. My reason for going to Dr. Tran is because her office is closer to my home than my dentist, plus the reviews for this company is outstanding. I needed a new set of dentures so decided to take a chance on Dr. Tran making them. From the very beginning when she gave me the dentures, I told her I was not pleased because the top denture overrode the bottom denture and the left side of the top denture hung much lower than the right side and the whole affect created an ugly mess. I have to say she was diligent in making impressions to see where the problem was with the top denture to no avail. Over and over I went to her office because I absolutely hated the top denture and problems with the bottom denture making numerous sores in my mouth. I gave the dentures to her several times and had the same problems when she returned them to me. Wearing the dentures since 4/2017 has given my mouth a crooked appearance and I hate taking a picture and trying to smile with this unsightly denture. I had an appointment with her office I believe it was in December of 2019 but before the appointment took place, I received an email from her Office Manager informing me there was nothing else they could do for me and I probably should consult a dentist who specialized in making dentures with problems that I have as per bone loss and other problems, but I did keep the appointment. I had several relines that did not last and denture creme and powder would not adhere to the top denture. I just wish Dr. Tran would have told me this early on and we would not have wasted each others time. I wish she would have just given me part of the money I was charged for the dentures and I would have been a little more satisfied. I do not think the way I was excused from her office was ideal. Now, I will have to wait close to two (2) years for new dentures. I have to say though I thoroughly like Dr. Tran and her staff, but not the dentures. Linda B. read more

Ive had several bad experiences with other dentists in the east-end that made me put off dental work but this one is different. The staff seems very friendly and concerned about my visit. Everything in there is new and high tech. DR. Tran knows what she is doing. They don't rip you off like some of the others I visited in the past. I LOVE this dental office! The whole staff was very welcoming from the minute I walked in. As a new patient, the process was all computerized and fast. I was called back at my appointment time; X-rays were taken with care. The dental hygienist was so careful and thoughtful. Dr Tran described everything that was shown on my X-rays and what care was needed from there. She didn't push any treatment that wasn't necessary.... All around amazing dentist and staff! Springhurst Hills Dentistry is staffed with some of the sweetest people I have ever dealt with. I am always really nervous when I visit the dentist so I appreciated the welcoming attitude from everyone - the receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Tran. Of course, I am at the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and cared for, but what really set this office apart from the other offices I have been a patient at is that I feel the people here are friendly and genuinely care. Also, the waiting room is stocked with a keurig and a good selection of different K-cups :) During my cleaning and cavity fill, Dr. Tran was gentle and thorough.
