We love this place! We've been here many times with our little ones when in the area. The activities and maze of fun can light up anyone's day, especially the children but adults have a good deal too! If we spend enough time there, the kids ride back home exhausted and us adults can have an evening to ourselves, so this is an awesome investment! The price is really good for the extent of adventure the kids receive. There are decently priced snack boxes, and can't forget the music room. This was a great place to have my 4yr daughter 's birthday party! The location is easy to get to, the facility is kid friendly and clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. They want to give me free passes, to which I expressed we will not be going to another Kids Empire, and I'd like $100 (reimbursement for the poor visit, check my page). And yet to hear anything. The customer service is poor from park level to regional level. Corporate needs to shut this location down. The staff is all ignorant employees, worried more about parents NOT in the play area wearing shoes (but they turn a blind eye to BLOOD ON THE FLOOR), no thank you. Take your kids somewhere else. I'll keep 1 starring this location until corporate reaches out to me or I get a check in the mail for $100, which was the price of 4 kids. read more

Always a great time with the kids. I have kids age under 1 to 11 that come. We got the 10 visit punch card so it's very affordable.

Clean environment that the kids love. Staff is helpful and walking around to ensure customers are taken care of. They even turn up the AC when it gets too warm. It's a great place to bring the littles. read more

But wow its been a mess for the adults and super stressful as the host. Such a memorable afternoon and evening with the kids. No matter the age- you're in for a great time. Even the grandparents got involved. My father who is 80 went down the big slides with the kids and had so much fun. He said he was especially impressed with the underside of his white socks staying so clean. Overall good experience, the kids had a blast and the place seemed pretty clean (although not sure how they clean all of that everyday). We went during the week when they opened so it wasn't too busy but the weekends are slammed. Only major complaint is the check in experience... 0/10. The person who initially helped us barely said a word, then when we tried to go inside the place the other women had an attitude and asked if we checked in. Not getting into the details but overall they were very unapproachable, rude and shouldn't be working at a family/kids place. read more

**+Rude, Uncaring Staff and a Broken Waiver System.+*** This spot was so bad that I wished Google and Yelp had a "share" button like Instagram or Facebook just to let everyone know to be aware before you visit this place. While signing the required waiver at the kiosk, I noticed there was a checkbox at the bottom asking if I wanted to receive email notifications. I chose not to check it and opt out, but the system wouldn't let me proceed to the signature screen without selecting it. In other words, it forced me to opt in just to move forward. When I asked for help, a woman, (short lady with bangs and long black hair) who turned out to be the supervisor approached me with an immediate attitude. She didn't greet me or ask what was wrong--just said "press the button" and walked over to the kiosk in a condescending, dismissive way. She then checked the box to opt in herself and hit the continue button without asking for my consent, which felt completely disrespectful. I let that go in the moment, but shortly after, she made the experience even worse. As my 4-year-old autistic son and I walked into the play area, she--already stationed nearby--turned to us and, without acknowledging me, said flatly: "Only toddlers with diapers." My son is autistic and still in diapers, but she made no effort to ask or clarify before making that assumption in the most cold and judgmental tone. Before leaving, I even made the effort to say "have a good day" to her--hoping she might recognize how she came across and choose to be more respectful. Instead, she gave me nothing but attitude, stared me up and down, and said absolutely nothing. That's what finally pushed me to walk back over and let her know directly that her customer service was unacceptable. This entire experience was frustrating and hurtful, especially coming from a place that's supposed to be welcoming to children and families. There was zero empathy, no professionalism, and it set the wrong tone for what was meant to be a fun outing for my child. To make matters worse, this isn't the first time I've experienced bad customer service here. The majority of the staff, every single time I've come, consistently come off as rude, ignorant, and visibly annoyed to even be working there. This experience was just the icing on the cake to NOT come back. Families--especially those with kids who have special needs--deserve better. read more

This is my second time booking my daughter's birthday party with them. First time in 2023 was awesome. This time was off from start to finish. First I booked online received conformation etc. 2 weeks before party I receive an email that things changed for my party and have to call in. Called over the course of 4 days before speaking to someone. They had to change the time of the party after invites were already sent out. That's ok, I made it work. But getting there the girl at the front desk was rude. Points to where our tables will be (only party set up without balloons) party starts at 1, balloons were up around 1:05. Had to ask for utensils for cake, host was doing front desk while we sang. Kids had fun but service was not good read more

This is the first Kids Empire we've been to and my 4 year old girl absolutely loved it. It's big and fairly clean. The equipment was all functional. My girl drove me around on the electric cars for 30 min. We were there for an hour with the extended family. My girl and I came back for a couple of hours later in the day. In and out ability is great. The dance room looked fun, although no one was in it. I'm happy that the place is made for kids and adults. It was a blast runni9ng through the obstacle course with my girl. She was like a hamster in a maze. I hope they open one up in San Diego. read more

We attended a birthday party here and my 3 year old daughter had a great time! There is a lot to do and tons of slides and things to climb. It was a little loud so our daughter did struggle for a bit saying too loud too loud so I do suggest if you have kiddos who are sensitive to loud sound bring headphones just incase ! I hear that, much like EVERY SINGLE EVERY OTHER PLACE LIKE THIS, having parties here is an absolute NIGHTMARE, but if you're just going as a fun activity for your kids, this is the gold standard of indoor child ant farms, as I like to call them. The jungle gym/rope/maze/slide/climb apparatus here is MASSIVE. There's even a mini soccer field, in the sky, if you're so inclined. There is also a smaller toddler play area, and a funky planet themed room for dancing or riding little trikes. You can seriously run your kids into the ground here. It's not too expensive, and they even allow re-entry, so you can leave and come back. It doesn't get the fifth star because I've seen that this place can get PACKED. And when the older, annoyingly rambunctious kids get going, it can turn into a safety hazard, (well, MORE of a safety hazard anyway) pretty damn quick. Kids running UP the slides, pushing past the little ones, etc. That's not exactly Kids Empires fault, BUT, there is ZERO supervision/oversight once you finish your monetary transaction. Take your shoes off, and go ape shit! There are no employees or monitors of any sort, making sure the pre teens aren't taking the trikes into the maze and flying down the slides with them. Still, if you can get there on a down time; say during the day, on a weekday, it's a blast for the kids. I'd come here 1 billion times more than say Launch or Urban Air. read more

I was very disappointed today! We came to spend the day- I had an iced coffee with me. After buying everything including socks for myself I was told I could not bring the iced coffee in because it was not in a tumbler. While my kids played I had to stand in the lobby (not wasting my iced coffee lol) I get that rules are rules but it's kinda ridiculous for me to stand for 2 hours while the place is empty. read more

We are very pleased with our first visit to Kids Empire in Moorestown! Our 1 year old loves getting into everything at home, so we figured she'd enjoy this indoor playground. The check in process with the waivers was smooth (and I recommend to do the waivers online first to save time), and the staff were all really friendly. Their card system was down so fortunately we had the $15 admission in cash on us. The lockers to put your shoes in are free and can fit small items too, like jackets and small purses or diaper bags, but I recommend keeping your diaper bag out on the table to "claim" it. There's a smaller scale play area and ball pit for the kids young enough to be in diapers (their way of giving the criteria for who can play in there), then there's a blue light dance club and a large climbing area with tons of slides. Our daughter was so happy in every area of Kids Empire, even the motorcycles that requires a token and an adult for kids too short to reach the pedals. It was really nice to see such a clean, spacious facility. The only downside (which I didn't even think about so thankfully I was there on my own with my daughter) is that I couldn't follow her every single place she climbed because I'm 6 months pregnant. Haha. So if you have a kid who wants you to tag along with them or if they need help climbing, make sure you or another adult with them is able bodied. If you are looking to book a party here, read this and think again. To begin, I was told by a staff member last week that I would get a phone call a day prior to the event to confirm our final numbers and finalize our balance for the evening. We did not receive a call. Therefore I called the facility several times on Saturday to do this to no avail. Therefore I came on the morning of the event to settle the balance, where I was told by several staff members that the facility was at "max capacity". It was clear even at 10 AM that they were understaffed. With that said, we came at 4:30PM in preparation for our 5:30PM event. We offered to help with set up as well because they still seemed understaffed. We did so, and we were ready to go by 5:30. Our first guests also arrived at 5:30 with their waivers signed like were told to. However, I was horrified to see that my first guest was not able to check in for more than 30 minutes of standing in line. The check in was painfully slow and my guests were trapped in a line (wasting a sixth or more of their allotted play time). Then came the food fiasco. As a party full of toddlers, feeding kids dinner is a high priority. We were told that pizza would get here by 6:30. However, that did not happen. They did get an order of pizza delivered on time, but the party host gave it to the other parties that were much larger than ours. When I asked if food was coming, they said "it was on the way" but that they had no idea of the ETA. Pizza finally arrived past 7. My kid was crying and kids were not happy. Not to mention, no one came to help serve. We were just handed three boxes. No gloves, nothing. Then birthday cake was supposed to be served at 7:00, which got pushed to 7:30because of the late food. This did not happen either. I asked several times because I noticed my guests were starting to leave (again, young kids). I was told "5 min" but no one came, so I went to the counter to get the cake myself and serve it to guests. Meanwhile, I noticed larger parties got cake service while we did not. There was also a dragon costume cartoon that was supposed to visit the table. It did not visit our table. No one was supervising the actual jungle gym because everyone was trying to man the desk and five parties. This was extremely unsafe. The facility was also extremely dirty, with no toilet paper despite telling them that it needed to be replaced. The gift bags were also not given until I asked (as my guests were leaving). Lastly, we did not receive our one token per guest as promised. When we asked about it, the party host admitted that she forgot and offered to give it to us, but by then all our guests had left. The first time anyone came to our table to ask if we needed anything was at around 7:55 as we were cleaning up to leave. Otherwise for every part of this party, I as the mother had to request or do things on my own. This party was clearly not what we had agreed to before we paid our nearly $500 fee. I am extremely disappointed because instead enjoying my daughters birthday, I was forced to make sure things were running all night because the staff did not pay attention to us all night. The center was clearly overbooked and understaffed. When we pointed this out to the party host, she agreed and apologized, but said there was nothing she could do. The cherry on the cake was when I tried to reach out to corporate. No one got back to me and it has been well over 72 hours. This place is a hazard and is NOT worth the hefty fee they charge. This is a great place for the kids to release all that energy. It gets extremely busy on the weekends due to large birthday parties, so get there at 10 when it opens. It is still fun even with a large crowd. The prices recently increased about $5 more a person, but it is a great place to take your kids. Parents can also play in the massive jungle gym. Just an advisory, watch your heads as the padded bars sneak up on you when you are chasing the kids. 2 big slides, a 2nd level little soccer field built into the jungle gym, a small electric motorcycle course (credits that you have to purchase), a toddler area for the younger ones, roller slide, etc. I recommend this place to everyone who asks. You can relax on the tables or play with your kids. There is a Buffalo Wild Wings 100 ft away as well. read more
