While my PCP (Personal Care Physician) is right there, my cardiologist and urologist are right downtown 30 minutes away. They have an excellent online presence where I can schedule appointments, see lab results and exchange messages with my doctor and staff. The time saved from telephone holding is tremendous, and worth the price of admission. This technology really works. I feel integrated into their network, as all my doctors use the same site, called My PennMed. Now that I am finally catching up with my health maintenance delayed by Covid the past two years, I am feeling more confident that I am taking care of myself the right way again with the help of the PennMed health system. I called and went through the automated system to a real person on the phone, she told me that the doctor I was seeking appointments for is booked till next year so I should call Newtown office directly if I would like to get an early appointment. It is 345 pm and I am trying to get in touch via phone for last 5 hours, no one picks the phone. Just venting, but i firmly believe that staff up their is lazy and do not want be their but their for wrong reasons. They suck.

She has always been interested in what's happening with me so that she can help me better. Dr. Turner never gives up and will always strive to give the best care. As far as the things people get annoyed with rarely happen. When I got pregnant he and his father gave me excellent prenatal care. I was so fortunate to have Dr. Chris deliver my daughter last year. He made the whole experience very pleasant and my prenatal visits were a breeze. I completely recommend this practice.
