He had since moved to the hospital in a special role and Dr. James Bancroft took his place. He's been great. Very much like the Dr.s I'd remembered from growing up. Takes the time to listen and prefers holistic approaches as opposed to only prescribing medicine. He's had great referrals to other specialists. They also have a very quick turnaround time on blood work. Lauren has done a great job drawing blood from my "hard to find" veins. This is a small office and the staff is friendly and helpful. They take most insurance plans.

She said sometimes mistakes happen and taht I should understand. I said I did not understand when those mistakes happen for two months. This is not the first time that my health has suffered because of their bungling staff. They make appointments incorrectly, send registered letters form the doctor to the wrong address (3x), and cannot fax paperwork to another office. Since these mundane adminsitrative tasks are so challenging for them, they should not attenpt anythign as complex as practicing medicine. That's it. I have a new doctor at a new practice. HPG is filled with rude and pompous mediocre doctors and stupid staff.

I struggled with improving my HDL and reducing my blood pressure for years until I switched to Dr. Baig. She found the right combination and dosage, when many other doctors before could not. Dr. Baig also recommends specialists when needed. Other doctors sometimes try to medicate in areas where they do not have an expertise. Dr. Baig knows when there is a medical problem which should be looked at by a specialist, and provides referrals to qualified specialists. I have great trust in Dr. Baig's expertise, and I do recommend her to anyone looking for quality healthcare.

I also found the office staff to be friendly and easy to deal with, which is another plus. When we've had an after hours issue or a problem on days when Dr. Burns has been off, the others doctors we've dealt with have proved to be stellar. Glad we found Dr. Burns and her practice.
