She reiterated multiple times that I "understand what this means for the business," which felt unnecessarily intense and confrontational. I had no prior knowledge of any box, as the item was given to me already gift-wrapped. I calmly explained this, but was still made to repeat that I "understand" -- over and over -- in a way that felt accusatory and frankly demeaning. I understand that small businesses have return policies, and I respected that -- I came with a valid gift receipt and handled the interaction politely. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the way I was treated. I accepted the store credit, but I left the store with a strong impression of how unpleasant the owner's behavior was. This feedback is not about the outcome -- it's about how a customer, especially a new mother, should never be spoken to that way. I hope future interactions are handled with more empathy and professionalism.

Every single experience I have had they welcome me at the door and encourage me that if I have any questions at all to feel free to ask. Any time I have had questions they have been more than helpful in informing my purchase. Some of the items could be placed to a closer price point to online retailers, but for the cost of convenience a lot of their selection is worth it. It's been a staple of the community for years and has improved greatly over the last decade in my own opinion. They did move stuff to their new location in DC the last time I had checked but I can't fault them for wanted to expand, I will just have to take a trip over there eventually!

When I saw the store front of this place from a distance, I wanted to jump the curb, drive through the cars and park inside the store. I didn't because I know this behavior is shunned upon, but I sure wanted to! This location has a great variety of items including cosmetics, beauty items, accessories, clothing, shoes and more. I must admit the lines are long but that's also due to Covid restrictions so I won't complain. It's well worth the wait for the variety and quality of items found. I got a pair of shoes that were originally $150 for 70 bucks! I actually looked them up online because I wasn't familiar with the brand and boom, $150 online! They're so comfy (see pictured).
