I honestly would like to say that this was a good place based on the reviews but it was not, The receptionist was nice and the doctor SEEMED nice at first but I went to take my son to the bathroom while waiting on results and he said to one of the nurses he thought my kids little bumps were from fleas (she freaked out) which FYI are not he has them bc that is how his body is reacting to the virus he has . so when he came back in the room I asked him once again what he thought they were and couldn't give me a straight answer it was basically i don't know. I went here for a doctors professional opinion and I did not get it. I had take my kids with Dr.Hulali for 8 yrs now and the last few visits I feel like is worthless going I don't feel like getting a good explanation of whats going on with my kids. He use to do Check up very well blood anything that he will need to do now, is like; How his or shes doing? and if he/she gets worst let me know so I can see him/her again. I feel like I'm just paying money and nothing is getting done.. The reason I give 2 star is because I love the front desk girls they're amazing. Clarifying I spoke with the manager and seems that everything got fixed. Well guess not, tried reaching out again for my kids and they kept saying that they are busy and don't have openings so they decided to block my phone and my husband numbers so I called from my moms phone today, and I ask again if they had openings or if they can ask Dr. Hulali what we can do so far until he gets an opening and I thought of the review I posted few day's and I ask for them to just tell me if they weren't going to see my kids just to let me know and they said taht Dr. Hulali said he won't been seeing my kids again.. so if you are not happy about something and you want to keep taking your kids with Dr.Hulali don't give a review or they will stop seeing you kids. read more

Dr. Hulali has been a great doctor. My kids have been seeing him for almost 9 years. Unfortunatley, due to their concierge fees they are REQUIRING to continue to be seen as a patient (notice sent a month before fees due).. I will have to go elsewhere. It would be $115 for each child and $250 for 3 or more. I cant afford this, so Dr. Hulali will be missed. Its ashame that this is even legal.. but it is. read more

I have written a review before, but I just have to write one again. Dr. Hulali is the best. I am so glad that we found him. He genuinely cares about the kids and the parents. He always answers any questions you have. My son went through a terrible bout of ear infections and Dr. Hulali and his staff were there to help him the best they could. The ENT even said that Dr. Hulali did a great job keeping the fluid in my sons ears to a minimum. I am so thankful for him. My son also dislocated his elbow and Dr. Hulali said call my office first even if it is after hours before going and spending a thousand dollars at the ER and if he was in town and available he would help my son read more

I've been going to Dr. Hulali for over a year now and I am very pleased. The girls at the front desk are friendly. What I love the most is that they always make time to see my kids when they are sick not like some other places that schedule you until the following month. Doctor Hulali and his staff are awesome! We've been going here for a little over 2 years, and he has always treated us with such caring and respectful manner. My son was in the hospital for a week a year or so ago with pneumonia and I was worried about him, but didn't know it was as bad as it was. Dr. Hulali came in after hours on a weekend and monitored my son. He then called ahead to the hospital here in midland and told them before we even got there what was going on so we didn't have to wait and we could be put in a room immediately. Each and every time I call him with any type of concern he has called back within an hour (even after hours) to discuss the problem with me. As long as we live in Midland, he will have a patient. Midland friends: are you looking for a pediatrician or know someone who is? Let me tell you something... Landon has been battling a cold this week, as many kids are. And also like many kids he was getting worse after the doctors office closed. I called the after hours line and Dr. Hulali (Kids Kare Pediatrics) returned my call, then proceeded to text me asking for videos and sound clips of Landon. At 10:30, he said don't take him to the ER but he needs to be seen now. Can you meet me at the office shortly? So off we went. He tested positive for RSV and Dr. Hulali sat with us checking his vitals and continuing to monitor him. Because of his symptoms, he was concerned about the severity and the threat it had to his respiratory system. Unfortunately, the medication used in breathing treatments (albuterol) can increase the heart rate and Landon was already over 200 so it wasn't an option. After his heart rate came down slightly, he said go home and get some rest but let's recheck him tomorrow and go from there. The following day we went back to the office only to be met by Dr. Hulali, his amazing and caring nurses, and his nurse practitioner (Jessica... the same NP who has seen Landon since who was a preemie and then guided us through him being readmitted for pneumonia) who I literally can't say enough kind words about. She is as amazing as Dr. Hulali. I can't stress the concern, compassion, and kindness each provider shows. I'm not sharing this because I feel the need to blast my son's illness on social media. That's not like me. Also, Landon is a champ and the kid is going to be more than fine. But as a parent, choosing a doctor and trusting them can sometimes be stressful/difficult. There are many good doctors, but it would've been so easy for him to say "take him to the ER". It's cold and flu season and doctors offices are beyond busy and healthcare workers are exhausted, I'm sure. When Dr. Hulali opened his office doors so late at night you could see his tired and red eyes. Jessica could've gave up after trying for his IV (dehydration) but instead she reassured and comforted Landon and me and said let's stop and try something else. These humans who work so hard during "sick season" could just do the bare minimum, but they don't. Landon matters. Dr. Hulali's patients matter. Jessica's patients matter. Dr. Hulali is amazing! It's hard to find a truly caring pediatrician - our son was born at 35 weeks and had a few issues and Dr. Hulali was calling the nursery every 2-3 hours night and day while also checking on him usually at lunch and evening everyday. The night he was having more problems he was up there at 3am to make sure he was okay. We could not be more happy with a doctor and so blessed to have our boy home now because of him! read more
