The structure of the program felt rigid, and there did not seem to be enough flexibility for someone actively working through trauma. The hardest part was being awarded a service dog and then having it taken away. That was not only upsetting, but it also felt destabilizing after investing emotionally in the process. I believe organizations working with PTSD should prioritize understanding, flexibility, and meeting clients where they are. That was not my experience here. I would encourage others to ask very specific questions about how PTSD is supported before committing to this program.

Dahlia was rescued from a puppy mill found in Texas and brought to Co. Allison was Dahlia's trainer she did a fantastic job any time we're out and about I get comments how they can tell Dahlia is a "real" Service Dog she is skillfully trained when I needed help I got the support I needed from FSD. Brenna was and has been my best supporter and educator she's been with me from day one I couldn't have done it with out these two wonderful people to understand what a service dog is and how to live together as a team. Things change FSD has a puppy program now OMG they are so cute they don't use rescues as before they know these dogs from the time they're born. Dahlia is getting near retirement she has gray hair around her face so I'm doing the paperwork for a successor service dog and I'll adopt Dahlia so she can be a spoiled pet. If you're looking for a service dog look into FSD they are a wonderful organization.

And they have an area with accessories from Claire's. Shoes and handbags, electronics, furniture, housewares, decor. So many area to look through. The restroom was clean and there are fitting rooms. I like that. It's hard to buy clothes when you can't try things on. The associate was not as attentive - I stood waiting to be rung up and was ignored. Then mumbling so I couldn't hear him. Goodwill associates are perkier. It's not that convenient a location so I'm not sure I'll frequent this place. But it helped while away my time. My wife went there this afternoon and was treated very rudely. They were extremely picky and judgemental about us. Just because we are underemployed does not mean that we do not need to feed our animals. What are we supposed to do ? Get rid of them. My wife filed out the financial form the best that she could, just like she has for 4 years. However, this particular worker felt an extra $300 in the budget disqualified us. However, if they would have listened they would have found out that $300 belongs to our foster daughter and cannot be used for our bills. I have been a member of Southeast Christian Church since 2005. But, I think it's time to look for another church. If this is how their 'ministry' treats people, then I don't wish to be a part of this.

Recently I had a dealing with this charity and came to find out that they don't do a proper screening or process to "weed out abuse" by their recipients. When I found out there were parents abusing this program as they wasted the food given, they opted not to work so they would qualify to receive not only food but financial assistance with living costs and that these parents have a very expensive, over $450 a month, addiction to vodka. When I brought this information to Secore's attention, their employee's were extremely rude and screamed out at me that they didn't care about the facts they only cared about the children. Secore also provides psychological counseling but apparently you have to be willing to seek it. What I would have liked to see is for Secore to make a condition that the only way they would continue helping families with addictions is if they agreed to seek counseling. If the parents are really in need they would agree to anything to help their children. Unfortunately, Secore will continue giving these parents the means to purchase over $450 a month in vodka by providing them with means to support their family. If these parents were forced to feed their own children, it could save the parents life and give these children a much healthier home environment. If this happened with this one family, how many more parents are out there with addictions this charity supports? I cannot continue providing financial support to a charity that supports people who are undeserving of the benefits they receive. Charities are a privilege parents should receive only if they are willing to help themselves. I personally watched the family discussed here discard hundreds of dollars of food in only a 3 month period. They had far more than they consumed. It was extremely sickening to know I paid for some of that food.

They were very helpful in helping me choose the right color, never pressuring me into choosing a color or shade of gold. They had to keep the car an extra day because my color choice required a clear coat. I'm very happy with the results and have gotten lots of compliments on the wheels. Of course you get the few that don't like the color or make stupid comments. To them, I say it's my car, and I'll do whatever I want. So, if you want to change up the color of your wheels, go check these guys out. They have thousands of colors to choose from. Make your car unique and have fun. When the time comes for another color change, I'll be back. The color I chose is called Goldtastic.

So much fun at the Winter Wonderland wellness event. Vaccinations for covid and the flu available…read moreas well as dental, vision and primary care physicians on hand. Beverages and snacks provided. Many activities for the children including an indoor jumping castle and balloon artist. I made a photo holder top loader because Olive Me Studio was there. Adorbs! The charms I could pick from were so cute and the colored glue so pretty. Made one for my son and one for me. The table where we could learn first aid on a teddy bear and practice was fun! A great space to rent for your events. Plenty of parking. Check them out!
