I couldn't find frilly socks for my 6-month old granddaughter, but Ms. Doria had them for only $5. By the time I made it through one section of the store, I was sweating like I had just run a marathon in July. Forget trying on clothes--I was trying to stay conscious. The employees looked just as miserable. The poor guy at the register looked ready to faint barely 20 minutes into his shift. I honestly felt bad for him. To make matters worse, even the manager mentioned how unbearable the heat was and practically begged me to tell someone because the staff is suffering. I don't know if the air conditioning was broken or if there simply isn't any, but something needs to be done. Customers shouldn't need electrolyte drinks and a cooling vest just to browse for socks. Great prices, but the temperature inside felt like Primark: The Oven Edition. Please turn the AC on before someone melts into the floor.

While helping a small business owner, the inventory she keeps is definitely worth the price. The overall experience is unmatched in the attention received by her. What we really liked is that she didn't push anything on us to buy. She showed us different outfits we missed to make sure that what my daughter picked was absolutely the dress she wanted. Joan is incredibly knowledgeable about all of her products. She spent as much time as we needed and didn't let us purchase anything until she absolutely knew she could have the wanted gown in stock in the time frame we gave her. My son is large for his age and I was not sure if I should get the 6 month size or the 9 month (mind you he is only 3 months old), and I also was torn between raw silk and polished silk. They overnighted samples of Piccolo Bacio's outfits in both 6 and 9 month sizes for my son to try, and swatches of both silk types. The customer service was fantastic with any questions I had, and the final product came with a garment bag, packaged BEAUTIFULLY, and they threw in a bib with his name and cross for the occassion. Fantastic business.
