Two of my children attended daycare here for the past eight years, both from three months old until they began PK-4 at school. I have had nothing but a positive experience these past eight years, which is why we have stayed with them for so long. From the beginning, I could tell that the owners genuinely loved kids and enjoyed what they do. They would welcome the kids in with a smile and a greeting. I never had to wonder if my kids were well taken care of. They have really good staff members; some of the older ladies have been there for years and cared for the kids as a grandmother would. They try to keep the kids entertained with different parties, events, and seasonally appropriate activities throughout the year, which is appreciated. When they upgraded to using an app, I would receive updates regarding my child, photos, and messages via the app, which was convenient. I have nothing but positive things to say. When my youngest daughter left, they threw a sweet going-away party for her with pictures with her class and a book signed by everyone. It was a thoughtful gesture. read more

My child attended Kids-R-Delightful for 2 1/2 years And started at six weeks. He loved it! He had gone through three or the classrooms while there an every one of the teachers were so patient and kind. The staff were all friendly and looked out for all of the kiddos. They worked with our therapy sessions and were so accommodating and helped him learn and succeed. We only left due to moving out of state and we were both sad to leave. He learned so much and I cannot thank them enough for all that he learned while there and how truly wonderful the team was. The pricing was more than fair as daycare is so expensive. read more

I absolutely love the family that runs and owns this daycare. My son went there from 6 months old to 4 and a half. He loves going there and always was very well taken care of. They kept good communication and structure. They also were much more affordable than any other daycare we looked at. My in-laws actually had their own daughter ( my sister in law) at this location. Miss Kim and all the other teachers here are amazing as always. I've taken all of my children here and the only issue I ever had was one of my boys being bitten by a bug during outdoor play a couple of times. Considering they were outdoors, I don't think this is out of the ordinary. You can't really prevent all bugs from coming into the area... The center is very safe. They never let anyone visit my children without my permission, which is important to me as a parent who sometimes has children in state custody who require privacy and security. They are also very accommodating to their visit schedules and flexible when it comes to payment for services. They accept CCDS for the children in care (and others who qualify I'm sure) and I've never had an issue writing a check to them. The staff members are all long time staff members - many have been there 4+ years. I think there are like two new caregivers and even they have been with the center a while. The location is close to my office and I truly do feel my children are secure when they're in the care if the KRD staff. Plus Ms. Kim is a really sweet woman who has a passion for helping children. Overall I think this center does an amazing job. The price is more than reasonable and the service is outstanding. They value privacy and will take great care of your children and treat each of them as their own. They've certainly earned my business and I will continue to be a patron as long as I have Holden in my home who need quality care while I work to support them. read more

First off, this is not a learning center! Very poor communication! They don't seem to interact with the kids. My daughter has declined since I put her in this day care as they literally just let them play and watch movies all day. They put everyone in one big room with all aged kids until enough kids in their specific age group is there. They make all the kids of any age in the daycare sleep in one big room together. Don't even know if that's up to state regs. When I first brought my 2year old here she was almost fully potty trained, now shes back to square one as they didn't keep up with Toileting her! They only accept cash or check which is very inconvenient. Who carries a check book anymore!!??! I went to dropped off my daughter one morning, one of the teachers was changing a babies poopy diaper on her lap! That was the final straw! My daughter is currently in country home, more expensive but much worth the extra money as it is for sure a learning center! read more

Mixed reviews on this daycare. The staff is very attentive to caring for the children which is most important and the rates are some of the best in the area. I do have some complaints with lack of communication, lack of following dietary restrictions, as well as a high turnover. read more

Kim has had both my boys for almost 6 years. the new 2nd location is REALLY nice. The teachers are still there several years later which is hard to come by around here. My only complaint is still the location of the infants/toddlers. It sits on a busy street and backs up to a sketchy gas station. But we are in a big city so the location isn't always great, but I know my kids are safe and well cared for. You get the best bang for your buck at KRD. read more

My son is 5 years old and has been going to KRD since he was 5 months old. We get many compliments on how well he can carry a conversation and how smart he is. We always let people know how good KRD is and how much they do with the kids. Kim has always treated him as one of the family and I can go to work and not worry about the care that he is given which makes things easier. I will miss them when he starts Kindergarten this year but he will be back for the summer vacation since she is opening a new daycare for the older children. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality daycare at a reasonable price. read more

my son has been coming to "K-R-D" for about 2 years..i like that the owner is very understanding and kind as well as the employees and the rates are GREAT! I also believe that the center at times seems to be under staffed but if the law permits this many kids for that many staff then i guess its ok. Other than that I think they are all doing a good job and are teaching him good thing, it makes me happy to see him run to me with a smile after a long day of work..it tells me "hes had a good day there but hes ready to go home now "Thanks K-R-D! read more

My son had been at KRD for about 2 years and we loved every minute of it!! His last week was last Friday because he was starting pre-k. He was sad to leave his teachers behind and his friends. I love the owners/directors Mrs. Kim and Mr. James!!! Mr. James is SOOOO good with the kids, they all cling to him and he has a lot of patience with them. Mrs. Kim is super helpful and keeps everyone updated if other kids get sick or with the holidays, anything you can think of. When they are not there Mrs. Georgia is the one who steps up and we love her! She was my son's teacher when he started. She is very aware and straight forward with the parents. Mrs. Jessie....there are no words for how she is. All the kids love her and she is very hands on with the parents. My son had a speech therapist go to the facility and there was an incident where the therapist got brave and real ugly with the directors and Mrs. Jessie took charge and protected my son from the therapist due to her yelling and causing a scene. The fact that something as simple as yelling, Mrs. Jessie didn't think twice and protected him from seeing something like that. I can go on and on about the other teachers there but there isn't enough time. Wonderful staff and daycare!!! I highly recommend them. Decent costs, great hours, homemade food, just wonderful! I love this daycare but most importantly my son does too. He started out at another daycare and liked it there until he got the three's classroom. I'm not sure if it was the teacher or other kids he didn't like but I knew he needed a change. All the teachers are terrific and the center is very nice and clean. My child starting KRD when he was 18 months and continued until the age of five (school age). The excellent care that the staff provides is beyond nurturing, caring, and courteous. The director is very professional and goes above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction. As with any organization there are times when staff is limited, however the director works diligently and quickly to solve that issue. It is obvious that the staff is very well trained, confident, and knowledgeable of their responsibilities in the childcare field. The curriculum taught definitely helped prepare my child for Kindergarten. I would recommend this facility to any and everyone!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't change a thing.EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY!!!! read more

My son has been going to KRD since he was 7 months old. He was at the infant location until he was old enough to go to the new location. He has learned soooooo much there. The teachers are AMAZING there. At one point he was sick and in the hospital due to his asthma and the owner actually came with her daughter and visited him (and me for that matter). He went through the hard toddler phase and they helped him and me work through it. I am trying to figure out a way for him to keep going there after he starts school since it is not in their district for driving to pick up after schoolers. I am so glad I chose to start him in daycare there. I recommend this daycare(Learning Center) with the highest recommendations. read more

It's okay. My three year old doesn't like it there, but I'm pretty sure that's just him not wanting to be away from momma. The rates are great, and the hours (6:30-6:30) work nicely for me. One thing I don't like at all is that they don't have a secure door between the kids and the front door. At other daycare facilities my son has attended there was a lock code on the door and you couldn't get in with out being let in by a staff member. My son started in the baby room last week and we had a lot of reserves taking him to daycare but I feel my mind is at ease and when I call to check on him the phone is answered right away and a progress report is sent home daily letting me know when he slept, ate and had a bm. Our baby boy has only been in daycare one week and everyone knows his name and greets when we get there and talks to us about him when we are leaving for the day. My daughter has been going to KidsRDelightful (KRD) for 5 1/2 years and we absolutley love it! She learned so much at this school that when she started Kindergarten she told me that she was bored. The teachers at KRD teach them more than just reading and writing but manners which is very important and you don't find that in 99% of places these days. KRD prepared my daughter for "real" school. They have always gone above and beyond the call of duty. They are like family!! Whenever my daughter didn't make it to daycare they called to check in on her. There were times that other kids from the daycare were put into the hospital and they would go visit!!! WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS!?!?!?! KRD DOES!!!! The only issue that I have seen in my 5 1/2 years being there are some of the kids and the director (Ms Kim) has the patience of a saint and tries everything in her will power to work with these rowdy kids but when she is out of things to try she does what she has to and tells the parents that they will have to find another daycare. read more
