My son has been at The Children's Courtyard for about a month and a half and we have zero…read morecomplaints so far. They were so patient with him while he adjusted and always made sure to reassure us in the beginning during drop offs. The admin staff, not just his teachers, know him by name and make it a point to speak to us as often as they can. I love that we can check the live camera feed throughout the day to see how he's doing and that they send lots of pictures of what they're doing. We get lesson plans to know what skills they're working on and the summer program has a lot of fun activities. It also makes us feel safe dropping him off knowing each parent has to have an individual passcode to enter the building and that every door leading outside is locked. Lexi, Justin, T'karah, Jalaa, Claudia, and everyone else we've had the pleasure of working with so far have all been amazing and treat our sweet boy wonderfully.

Students leave learning something wondrous every day, and they also leave feeling loved and have a since of belonging. At Goddard, you're a part of a family. Thanks for this jump start to a lifetime of learning. This school has an effective approach to homework. Homework is beyond sending worksheets home, but instead, teachers implement a hands-on, interactive approach to learning. The curriculum and teachers encourage practical applications of learning while having fun. It's nice to have conversations with my child about ignite critical thinking without being a drill sergeant. Teachers at this school are effective. Teachers are all educated and have a previous, developed early childhood experience. They are not glorified babysitters. More recently, in light of COVID, the owners and staff at TGS executed an effectively solid plan to continue fun while learning and while keeping the children safe. Phoebe said I never gave the check and application to her. Then my daughter went in for a tour and the Phoebe told her I never gave her the paperwork. Then I stopped by to get another form and they ran out of copies and was told they would email them to me. I was talking to one of the staff I told her in my opinion that the experience so far was not a very good one. The email was never sent. My daughter then called again to inquire about what she needed to do because she was never contacted by ANY of the administrative staff after several messages. Phoebe didn't try to make the situation right only called me a liar and told my daughter that I had been rude and made a scene in front of other parents. If the administrative staff is this incompetent just imagine how they will care for your child. I would steer clear of this facility.
