This was very impressive. Her dental hygienist, while a very nice, friendly and accommodating lady, is not very skilled. She gave way too much anesthesia than necessary for a root planing, lost track of what she was doing and started working on the wrong side halfway through, and was generally both rough and rushed in her work. She created new deep pockets that took months to heal! The front desk clerk has showed herself to be both curt and clueless multiple times. We'll be going elsewhere.

There was a curved root that made the process difficult, and the professionals performing and assisting the procedure did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible during it. As I was checking out afterwards a staff member thought I appeared a little unsteady and had me sit. I was then evaluated and attended to and assisted and watched over as if it was my family caring for me. I was told to make myself comfortable and to stay as long as I wanted. When I was later ready to go I was told to be sure to let them know I got home safely. I feel lucky to have found this dental practice and I will be staying with them and have sung their praises to friends and family.

i used to go here before covid, and the dentist i had was very nice & understanding. and i recently…read morehad a broken tooth so i called to make an appointment, and when i called i asked if they still did laughign gas and how much it was out of pocket, c ause i need it for them to safely even clean my teeth cause high level anixety and on the specturm. they got me in a few months after i called and thats where the issues started. i get there and theyre confused why im asking to confirm if i pay now or later for the laughign gas and then im told i have a new dentist cause my old one retired and the new dentist was very condesending, she talked to me as if i was being inconvient for insisting i need laughing gas even for a cleaning. she told me 'we dont like to use laughing gas on adults'. her tone and over all attitude felt ablest, and i dont like using that word lightly. i explained its in my chart, which even she said she saw it in there, and it was because of high anixety, sensivity on the teeth and that im on the spectrum. the more she talked to me the worse i felt. i felt so disrepsected and not very welcome. so it was not a good experiance. she then insisted we 'try' to do the cleaning without it, and i gave in and three seconds in my tooth felt like what nails on a chalk board sounds like and we had to stop. then she basically tried to explain that i should look into one of these other dentist practices that do full sedation denisty to "not traumatize me" more, but honestly the way i was treated was more traumatizing. cause i've had issues with dentsits as a child, and when i first found bourne dental assosiates in my early 20s, i was relieved originally cause i was treated with respect and had no issues. so to go back there after 4-5 years and be treated like i was an inconvienance because i needed laughing gas, for my anixety & disablity. i can say i was relieved to find a different dentist company, so i don't have to return to this practice. i left the building feeling so anxious and humiliated that my hands were shaking.

My family and I have always had the same hygienist Cindy. Cindy was a genuine person and took her profession serious. Well the last 1 1/2 years Cindy wasn't available for what ever reason. I demanded I wanted Cindy and they stated "they had a new hygienist and were moving patients around." I immediately called the office manager Karen. Karen is a 5 star and is the glue that holds that office together. Next cleaning appointment 6 months later and bam no Cindy. Excuse given is she out because father is sick. No problem and I had a different hygienist who was great. I went back yesterday after another 6 months and it was literally the cleaning from hell. The hygienist called my name and was down the hall entering the room. She never introduced her self. Once she proceeded one would know she was in a rush. Barely cleaned my teeth in under 10 minutes. Once completed she asked would I like anything. I felt like a lollipop would do but politely answered I've always been handed a toothbrush. One would have thought I asked her for a miracle. When I left no goodbye or anything. Let me state I have a business and if I acted this way I would be out of business in no time at all. Long story short my family and I have located a new dentist and will be going to them. They were recommended by extended family.

I was so impressed with Dr Lane and his staff. They were so caring, thoughtful and thorough with their post op protocol, I can't imagine going elsewhere. Speaking with Dr. Lane, I was totally impressed. This is a very caring, compassionate, talented and intelligent person. Dr Lane even gave me his card with his personal cell number if there were any after hours concerns. The nurse provided me with a goodie bag which included ice cream, a blanket, extra gauze and a chapstick. Who does that? I was disappointed reading some of the other reviews here. All I can say is that it can be very expensive to have a complete set of teeth and many people are not so fortunate. Blaming the doctor is inappropriate.
