I'm so glad I gave this office a chance. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist all made me feel comfortable and respected. I need quite a bit of dental work, which can feel overwhelming, but they took the time to explain everything and put me at ease. The dentist worked with me to create a treatment plan and reassured me that we would take things one step at a time. That simple approach made such a difference. Instead of feeling anxious, I felt relaxed, supported, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you've had negative dental experiences in the past. When the office manager looked at my benefits, she said it would cost approximately $189.00 So I agreed to set the appointment and have the preventative care done. In January I received an additional bill for $274.50! When I asked several times for them to rectify this situation, they denied any compromise besides spreading out the payments. I would have never had the preventative fillings done if they had said it would be $463.50! Very poor information (and that's their job) and no ownership for misleading information.

There was a curved root that made the process difficult, and the professionals performing and assisting the procedure did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible during it. I was then evaluated and attended to and assisted and watched over as if it was my family caring for me. I was told to make myself comfortable and to stay as long as I wanted. When I was later ready to go I was told to be sure to let them know I got home safely.
