My child attended from 2 months old until 12 months old, and during that time we experienced ongoing concerns with communication, inaccurate logging in the Procare app, and--most concerning--serious issues with bottle feeding. At first, we noticed the occasional untouched bottle at pick-up. Over time, however, the issue escalated to the point where our child went two consecutive Fridays without receiving any bottles at all. When I raised this with the director after the first incident, she admitted it was due to poor communication between teachers during a room transition. I was assured it would never happen again--yet the very next Friday, the same issue occurred. Upon reviewing video footage, the director confirmed that my child was never offered a bottle that day, only a water cup. We scheduled a sit-down meeting with the director and assistant director to discuss our concerns and were trying to be hopeful after a constructive conversation. They acknowledged several areas needing improvement but gave us the impression that stronger leadership, training, and accountability were lacking. While the rest of the week seemed better, the problems quickly resurfaced the next week after. For example, one day we sent three bottles, but only two were given, despite the app showing that all three had been fed. When questioned, the director reviewed footage once again and admitted a substitute teacher had logged bottles that weren't actually fed. At that point, we had already lost trust in the assurances being made. The repeated false promises, lack of accountability, and neglect regarding something as basic as feeding a child were unacceptable. We ultimately gave notice and transitioned to a new daycare. The difference has been night and day--our current provider communicates clearly, keeps accurate logs, and most importantly, ensures our child is fed properly. Clemson Creative has potential, but without stronger leadership willing to enforce accountability and implement meaningful changes, I cannot recommend them. Until these issues are addressed, I would strongly advise parents to look elsewhere for childcare.

I was an employee and parent there. Though there was a lot of issues with yellow room teachers . I…read morehad issues with wanting / needing my daughter moved to the next room all her friends got moved up but her . I was told when pregnant that I was placed on the wait list . Management has 9 MONTHS to have a spot for me and 3 others . I got told 2weeks after having my Son that they didn't have any spots and that they were telling me this so I wasn't BLINDSIDED.... Yet you tell me after the fact my kid was born and I had been on the wait list ... on top of that while being out I and my daughter still going and yet they placed two teachers whom had not idea how to run yellow room in there who kept constantly blowing up group me about my kid not taking a nap yet the room next store was able to get her to nap along with my new daycare I go to get her to go to sleep so clearly it wasn't my child as I kept getting told this well it's hard to get her to nap . So management asked me about moving her up and gave me the intention that she would be fully moved to green room . Later to find out they only were moving her half the time for just lunch and nap . So I was lied to / given false promises. I believe if they'd put their employees first and take better care of them that they wouldn't have to keep hiring so many and having staff members leave . I do feel favoritism is played there and there needs to be gossip policy cause that's all that happens there . You have select few teachers that are amazing with kids and some of those teachers have left makes you wonder why . I think management needs to find ways to improve themselves .

He's a great guy and is very knowledgeable and patient. I decided not to install Starlink and instead I had AT&T connect a fiber optic line to the house. Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. Both men are great to work with, as well is their Project Coordinator Devin. They will give you their all! BTW, I was only charged for the installation and it was a great value for the what they delivered. They are a Blessing indeed!
