this place smells bad, it's not clean, the floor itself is a trip hazard and the equipment is in disrepair. The ball pit had ants in it, the inflatable slides had holes making them half deflated, the ziplines on the climbing towers were broken, the air conditioner wasn't working so it was extremely hot. Some of the equipment I would even consider dangerous like the climbing towers in the back where the padding has been worn off with bare wood and exposed nails. U absolutely hate the customer service and they don't care about you here either they just be on they phone while you try to order, they won't allow you to use your shoes for the carpet area! Great Place to bring your kids when it's raining! I was going to take my son to the park today but the rain killed that idea, so I googled indoor play places and I found this place! Very good prices it was only $5 for my 1 yr old. The only reason I give the place 3 stars is because some the equipment is kinda worn out and old and needs to be replaced & also could be a bit cleaner! But the place is HUGE and they have a soft area with big blocks and shapes for the smaller kids (2 & younger) I will probably bring him back soon! read more

The place was an excellent venue for my daughter's 4th birthday, the kids had fun and so did the adults. This place can accommodate 100 to 120 people easily and the person managing the staff, Mr Satish is extremely accommodating. We had the place booked from 12 to 3, but then it was raining heavily on the day of the event and so the guests and kids came in very late and so he let a lot of our guests' kids play till their hearts content till as late as 5 as well. Cool concept. Has great potential if was properly taken care of and managed. This whole place was filthy. Right when you walked in is a damaged, dirty rug. The whole place has foam mats to walk on. They were also dirty but also had bubbles in them making you trip easily. All the equipment you can tell is old and worn down. One of the tunnels you crawl through rocks back and forth and clearly isn't suppose to do that. Once I saw that I was extremely concerned for my daughters safety. The air just feels dirty. Kids land is exactly what it is, a place for kids to run around. It needs upgrades because too many areas were roped off/broke. Also need new paint as the party rooms had a lot of old tape/marks on the walls. We went for my daughter's birthday last weekend, and the reason for 2 stars is because the service was very slow. One of the employees was so worried about ppl walking in with shoes but the place was packed and no one was wearing mask. They were very unorganized. The whole place was a hazard. Came for a kids party. The party staff was horrendous. Young lady at the desk was very dismissive and rude. Party was supposed to be from 4-6...Pizza didn't come to the room until 5:30 and the grandmother of the bday boy had to go and get it and roll it into the party room. I came Kidsland this past weekend (4/21), because I was invited by a friend for her twins' birthday party. I looked online to see what was offered and confirm the pricing. Kidsland is $5 for kids 12 months and under and $10 for children 2-8. The adults are not charged from what I can see online, and from my experience, but they must come in with the kids and remove their shoes also. My friend had a birthday party package, which included my son's entry fee, but I paid anyway because I was late and did not know this. Luckily, my friend told me and the manager refunded it without an issue. This is a cool place to bring your kids when you get tired of the arcade type of children places. It is basically an indoor playground, that is just big enough to let the kids run around and tire themselves out , without losing them. There are slides, jumping areas, toys, and different areas to climb. I only saw a few out of order items, and there was a lack of organization in the space. Kidsland does not really do anything to ensure safety, and it can be a little overwhelming when it gets crowded on Saturdays. It is almost like you have to hope that your child does not wander off to the back rooms, or outside. My star deductions are because of the bathroom's lack of cleanliness. Think of pissy floors, and everyone walking around with socks on only. On another note, the party packages include a decorated birthday room with 1 and 1/2 hour of party time, pizza, and drinks. According to my friend, you must be on time, or you will be charged for any time that runs over. I noticed that there were at least four party rooms. In addition to pizza and sodas, they also had a menu that featured Jamaican food. Overall, my son and my friend's kids and guests seemed to really enjoy themselves. I wish i could leave a 0 star rating. Came here for a kids party and the experience was terrible. Management overbooked and told us someone made a mistake.. it was them. The food selection was not appealing + they didn't allow us to bring our own food into a private rented room. They rushed us after taking forever when we were here on time, a manager even walked into the women's restroom while I was inside and did not leave even when he saw I was there. I felt extremely uncomfortable and would never ever come here and don't suggest anyone else does either. The floors are disgusting and they didn't allow us to wear our shoes even in our private room. I feel this place needs to reinvest back into their business. Rides were closed, the blow up castle had a huge hole with duct tape, the mats were extremely filthy and the worst part was the group of men who found it acceptable to smoke in front of and inside the establishment. I believe the no shoes policy is understandable but the thought of wearing the used crocs they supply to use the bathroom right after others is disgusting. I've had both of my kids parties here. Everyone is friendly. I love that they make sure the toddler area is just for the toddler. Yes it sucks you have to take off your shoes and leave them up front. But that's what helps keep the place sanitary. This place is just like Catch air. My only only complaint is when I ordered pizza for my party it took a long time to come back and it was cold. We got to kids land on today and the train was no longer here, the other ride had out of service signs all over it, its not broken they just don't want to turn it on. Some of the toys not blown up. Babies under 1years old is being charged $5 to enter and they wanted to charge us $25 dollars to bring a small cake in, that's more than what the cake cost. They take the toys from the kids saying their cleaning up. What's the since of having a play area. They don't sell food, they have to order it from outside vendors, but if you bring any in its an additional $25. The air-conditioner doesn't work good it's hot in here. That was not the case of the day before or after her party.
