I'm here at Chuck E. Cheese most days of the week for my kids Gold fun pass I usually go to Fayetteville. I come to the Jonesboro location from time to time. However three strikes is enough for me. The first time my wings were not cooked all the way through. I didn't say anything just took them home to finish them. The second time I waited for my food and entire hour. I went back and asked why my food was taking so long. They had given my order to someone else which I had to wait an additional 30 mins. When I got my food beyond half cooked. When I let them know about it nothing was done. Three time. I was in line and the young lady was dealing with a young man whom I assumed she liked because even though I trying to let her know that there are kids jumping in the counter taking lollipops she continue to ignore me . Then all the time I was standing there two young ladies jumped in front of me. When she got done with the man she started talking with them. I politely said you do know I was here first. She said I know . The yound ladies said we in a rush. She kept helping them leaving me standing for another 10 mins before they got done. Once she did help me she was unable to because she didn't know how to do the spin for a sweet surprise code. So she needed the manager who is. A great help he works over at the one in Fayetteville. But everything else other than more games is always crazy at this location. To end the night my food still wasn't done when we took it back the cook was upset because let him tell it he cooked it all the way. Even though we asked for and extra minutes to make sure. He had to cook us some fresh wings. So another wait time. He said he would bring them to use after 30 minutes still no wings walked back and they were sitting on the counter waiting for us. Food was okay... Service poor. Seems like they all have an attitude problem and didn't appear to know anything about customer service. Paid for a birthday package and everything came out late and all at once then they started snatching up the decorations and food before we could shallow. No reconciliation offered. TERRIBLE!!!! The technology was broken, staff was unfriendly, food was underprepared.

Nicely renovated and has lots of fun games, but needs to hire a new manager. The manager, Rodney, is unfriendly and unwelcoming. Obviously doesn't want to be there and didn't smile at us at all. Acted like we were bothering him when we asked a question. Also, it is FREEZING in there, makes you not want to stay it's so cold. Staff told me they have told the manager and he doesn't care. The ice cream machine was empty and the staff said he hadn't ordered any to fill it. I commented on his rudeness to the staff who agreed with me. Strong smell of alcohol at the doorway. Ratty store, hasn't been updated, kinda looks cruddy. Iffy staff and small venue. Not 2023 appropriate I mean, my kid deserves the very best, which also means the latest and having his bday party here would honestly be the most embarrassing thing just because it's so out of date and expired, I mean, no one over the age of eight thinks Chuck E. Cheese is cool anymore. It used to be, like the ones with the play places and entertainment but this location definitely BLOWS. Try Hippo Hop in Brookhaven. Also, screen and background check tf outta your employees especially store managers (I think her name's Miss Andy?) for child sex trafficking connection and involvements. She seemed super sketchy and questionable, like the type of person who would look the other way as someone steals your child, for a $500 fee, of course. read more

My 5-year-old had a party at the Tara Blvd. location me and my family had a great time we had a great server. At the birthday party and they did sing happy birthday and also the food was great it was just the food took a long time and the staff was busy. chuckie need to dance a little more there isn't a lot of interaction. Brought my little sweetie pies for a day of fun & they had a blast. The reviews were horrible but they were over a year ago and 3 years ago. Darone was very professional and takes his job seriously which is rare for a young employee. That was so exceptional. The other employees we encountered were nice as well. When we cashed in the tickets, the lady was very pleasant. The only thing that looks bad is the parking lot out front (trashy) Good job y'all!! read more

Awful and overpriced. My child doesn't know any better so his expectations are low, he was just happy to see other children but I won't be returning. None of the guest had on masks when we arrived. It seemed to only be one person working there, we stood around for a good 10 minutes before anyone came out and eventually had to go looking for an employee. Nothing was cleaned/ sanitized in the whole 2 hours we spent there. I didn't even want to touch anything. Visit at your own risk. read more

Overall had a very good experience despite some previous poor reviews. We arrive shortly after 11am with them just opening and did have to find someone to check us in (only bad part) but that took less than a few minutes. After we got started, chuck e came out and played some with the kids ( we were the only ones there at the time ) and took some pictures with the kids. Nice selection and bigger selection of games than Conyers or fayetteville which was an added plus. The guy doing tickets was also helpful getting the kids what they wanted even if they were a few tickets off making their day. Kudos to him and the friendly staff. We frequent the Conyers location more often but this will probably be where we go from now on. Was also very clean throughout. read more

I never really do reviews this is my first actually but this Chuck E. Cheese is awful. The drink machines are disgusting all of our drinks literally tasted like dirt! Omg so gross the one in Fayetteville is way better and cleaner. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

Incredibly poor customer service. When you walk up to the counter and Sandy is training a new employee, good customer service dictates that you acknowledge the customer, even if you only smile and say 'I'll be with you in a moment.', not ignore them. After 90 seconds of standing there I said 'hello ?!' Sandy finally looked at me and rudely informed me she was in the middle of training a new employee. I responded 'I just wanted to make sure that we weren't invisible '. Sandy glared at us and said 'I'm training, you'll need to wait '. Kind of like FU. Well ok. I'm SURPRISED there is not a billion reviews for this place! It's really a hit or miss but this time was definitely a MISS. I was so anxious to go (just for the salad) but it was old and when I asked could they replace it, they put more salad on top of the old and stirred it together...bon appetit!I have noticed them do this before but the bad part about doing that is the bad taste from the old salad mixed in with the ""fresh"" my food WAS NOT ready and it took me 40+minutes to get it. I guess I need to stay away from this place for a while until they get it together. Ordered a Pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks using Door Dash. Received a cheese pizza and plain sticks with no cheese. Giving it 2/5 simply because the pizza was tasty nonetheless. Really disappointing meal. Probably the last time ordering pizza from here. $27 doesn't come close to what the meal was worth. read more

This Chuck E. Cheese closed at 830 when the hours were clearly marked as 9pm. The staff wasn't very sad about turning us away either.
