We absolutely love KidsPark! My 3-year-old attends their preschool program, and it has been such a wonderful experience. The teachers are so kind, patient, and truly care about the kids, you can tell they love what they do. I really appreciate the flexibility they offer with schedules and hours, being able to drop off and pick up anytime is a total lifesaver for busy parents! They always have fun, themed crafts and activities that keep my little one excited to go, and I love seeing all the creative projects he brings home. It's also been a great place for my older kids (6 and 7) during school breaks and over the summer. They're always busy, happy, and well cared for. Unreliable hours and staff. I originally planned to use them for 2 days but after the first day I made other arrangements. I enrolled and made sure everything was ready to go days ahead of time in person to hopefully make for a seamless drop off on the morning I needed them. Unfortunately, no one showed up to open the business that morning and we had to stand around and wait outside the locked doors with several other families (who also informed me this has happened multiple times before). Finally the worker who said she was scheduled for 8 am arrived and opened but I felt awful leaving my children with a single employee and at least 10 other children. I was late for the work event I needed care for and saw many other parents have to resign to taking their children to work with them. My kids are very social and had a great time playing so I at least feel ok that they were happy but I'm not comfortable with the amount of staff for safety reasons. Also, there is no way to contact them. When trying to call the phone rings to a full voicemail that you cannot leave a message on. I had to call the Arrowhead location to let them know doors were still locked. At pickup when I asked for an explanation of the delayed opening I was told there was an emergency that did not get communicated. I can't trust a business that has no one even monitoring if they are open for the day. read more

This place is wonderful and the staff are caring and trustworthy. The only concern I have is that every time I pick my child up from this place he is COVERED in mosquito bites. The state conducted a public inspection where the staff blamed the children, instead of taking accountability for their abusive actions. They blatantly lied to the inspector. They also didn't know how many children/who was in their center and got docked for that. The inspector told me that Megan, the owner, refused to hand over the camera footage of the abuse. My son has been severely traumatized for months, refusing to leave the house because of what the staff did to him here. Our doctor has said that he is experiencing severe prolonged anxiety. Ms. Tishanie would get in verbal fights with my son and leave him in corners screaming for hours and when I asked why didn't she help settle him or why didn't she call me, she said, "I don't want him to win." Before KidsPark, my son was a happy, joyful, well adjusted child who loved people. During our time at KidsPark, his behavior completely shifted and he entered a regression. He became depressed and severely withdrawn. He still hasn't snapped out of it. It was because the staff routinely sectioned him off for hours, deprived him, and punished him. Edit: I received an email from Yelp trying to get me to edit my review. I will speak on my personal experience, and I have witnesses from the college, as well as my mentors, if it has to go there. We had to take our two-year-old here when our normal babysitter was out of town. We have had nothing short of an amazing experience. The kids are always having so much fun. The place was clean and the staff was nice. However, after learning my 6 year old was playing Fortnite, I was appalled. This game is recommended for 13 years and above. If children 6 and above can be in the video game section they should have appropriate games. I believe this location takes care of children up to 12 years of age. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would! I am a mom of 3 girls ranging from ages 17 to 5. All of my girls have been going to this location since my oldest was 8. Every time having the best experience. My younger 2 girls were put in a preschool at a very high-end facility and they were miserable. I pulled them out after a week because the tears were so much and did not improve. I had to have them go somewhere though (due to appointments and such) so I put them in the preschool program at KidsPark and they thrived like you would not believe! No more tears! My children are always so excited to go and my youngest daughter has been kindergarten ready a year earlier than she should be! All thanks to the wonderful staff that has engaged in helping her learn while having fun and building her up socially to where we have created friendships that are so meaningful I know they will be lifelong. The love and welcoming spirit from the moment you walk in is so heartwarming, your child will feel like a superstar every time they show up. The joy you receive from the staff and how the kids light up when they see each other is honestly nothing short of amazing! The convenience of being offered a drop in care center is an absolute miracle especially for weekend! I now have date nights with my husband again! I can honestly say everyone should have their kids go here because they will not be disappointed and your kids will come out happier than when they arrived every time! The cost is very reasonable especially for everything offered and there is even options to provide meals on top of the healthy snacks provided. However if you are like me with particular food choices for your child, you can bring your own food and snacks and they take it very serious to make sure your child is provided what is requested. Any food allergies are taken with the same level of importance. I am truly grateful to KidsPark for providing us a reliable, affordable, Fun and safe place to take my girls when I had no other options and I am honored to share my experience. It is with complete heartbreak I have to write this review. We recently traveled a few times to Arizona to secure our relocation from out of state. This location was referred to my by a business colleague who had recently moved to the area. At the time of enrollment, Ms. T enrolled us in June 2022. My family has finally made Arizona our permanent home and not two days back into this amazing area, on Friday 10/7 was my child's returned back to this location of Kid's Park. When I checked her in; Ms. T was there to check us in. We had not been there since September 8th; however, my child was excited to be with new friends. When I came back to to pick my child up between errands, my child wanted to stay to continue play. At home, I had assemblers putting together some furniture and mounting TVs. When I returned to pick up my child, my child was holding herself at her vagina area in her pants. She wouldn't move her feet to come to me. Her eyes looked sad yet alert for me to pay attention to her. When she finally came to me, as we walked to the car, I was talking to her stating, "honey, you won't come back tomorrow because when it's time to go, you need to come to Mommy. And why were you holding your vagina?" She then went on to explain the following with ease and flow: "Mommy my vagina was hurt." "Who hurt you. What happened." "Gabriella. I told her no that I did not want her to touch my vagina. But (as she drops her head); she did BUT MOMMA I DID NOT WANT HER TO. She kept scratching my vagina." "Where did this happen? Who did you tell?" "We were on the playground. I told the teacher." "Which teacher?" "She has glasses and the other lady." "Is she black or white?" "Black." "Did anyone help you?" "Yes she (the teacher) hit her in the back and Gabriella hit her back." Once she finished sharing the experience, we hugged and I explained to her that she would not be returning and that even though she had fun at the place that she did not deserve to be hurt. When we reentered to report the incident; the teacher on duty stated that Gabriella is the niece of Ms. T and is only there during the day with Ms. T. When we returned home; after examining my daughters underwear were stained; her vagina was red and swollen; her urine was strong and darker than usually (shes a water drinker with other food allergies so trust me). I know many families come to this location who are on vacation or temporarily utilizing their services; or the fact your child can have extended time with friends to socialize and learn; however, children hurting children in this manner is usually an indicator/cry out for help. I would be doing all children involved a disservice by not reporting a four-year old's experience at this location. I pray this issue is not/doesn't become a problem. I also pray if any other families have experienced anything like this that you would have the strength to report the incident. read more

You can come anytime during their hours which extend to 9pm!!! And open Saturdays!! This is a stellar idea and once it gets out it's gonna blow up. The fact you can pay for a day or hourly which caps after seven hours is a life saver for ppl that have last minute doc appt or job interview etc.. plus Ms.T was so helpful and genuine! I am ecstatic that I found this place as every daycare wanted my boys there every week for at least three days and if I don't need to drop them off you STILL pay to keep their spot, I get it but it made committing difficult. My four year old's usual daycare was closed for the holiday, but I still had to work. Thankfully my job has a benefit where I get 10 days a year of in home care or at a center. This was one of the possible providers and after doing some online research I decided to give them a try. I printed the registration form online (there was the AZ emergency contact form and a one page registration form) and brought a copy of my son's immunizations. Check-in took no time at all and they put my son's name on a nametag on the back of his shirt and a sticker to let staff know it was his first time there. My husband picked him up at the end of the day and my son was happy to see him and go home. I asked my son how it went and he said it was fine and some kids played with him and others didn't. But, during his bath he asked me if he could go to his "new school" tomorrow, which is really the highest praise he could give. There have been times that my husband and I wanted to go to dinner or even just have an IKEA trip and family have been unable to watch my kids. After today I am excited to have another childcare option. read more

I wish there were an option for 0 STARS!!! Last night we took our kids there for the first time. After 7 hours picked them up and our 2 year old had dried snot all over his face from a runny nose. He also had the SAME DIAPER ON!!!. How do I know this...because we wrote his name on all the diapers we took there except the one that he was wearing, and he came home with a diaper on with no name, as heavy as a basketball, and his pants were soaked on the backside. We were told that they would put the kids on mats and watch movies once it got late. We packed there blankets and anticipated that they would be knocked out cold at 11:15 P.M., when we picked them up. However,when I picked them up and they were still running around playing. We will be asking for a full refund and never returning. We feel misled and that my children were neglected, and without appropriate care. Come on 7 hours and no diaper change for a 2 year old. Can't say enough about KidsPark. He had a great time on our trip to AZ, and we were able to do adult things during the day! KidsPark and I have had a relationship for 2 years and the place has never let me down. Can you say that about any babysitter or nanny you've ever had?! Once, my husband and I forgot the closing time of KidsPark and they called us and stayed open for us until we got there. When we got there, none of the staff complained and were as friendly and cordial with us as always. I actually look forward to dropping off my son at KidsPark because I know when my son is there: 1. regardless of who is on staff, each one of them are caring and friendly. 2. instead of being plopped in front of the tv, the staff will do craft games or play games with the kids. 3. the place is clean, stocked with great toys (and movies), bright and cheerful. 4. they provide great, healthy snacks. We just moved to Phoenix from Houston about 3 months ago. With no family and friends in the area, I worried what I would do for Saturday child care. I found Kids Park online through a random search. I was hesitant as I have never used a daycare facility. My daughter is 8 years old and is quite shy. She is so shy, I sometimes worry about how she will make friends in a new surrounding. The staff at kids park understood my concerns and made sure Gillian fit in perfectly. My daughter also has dietary restrictions, and I have NEVER had an incident. She also tells me how the teachers participate in art and engage in play with the kids. Everybody seems happy to be there. She comes almost every Saturday and looks forward to it all week! KidsPark Paradise Valley in Phoenix, AZ just opened up recently. I live in San Jose, CA and use the KidsPark San Jose South and KidsPark San Jose West locations frequently. It's a great place to drop my son for an hour or two so I can regain my sanity. On a visit to Scottsdale last month, my friend Riley and I decided we wanted to get massages but we had no one to watch our toddlers. *kazam!* KidsPark was the first place that came to our minds. We were both eager to get some R&R (massages), and since we're veterans of KidsPark San Jose we knew that was the perfect spot to drop them off for a few hours. My son LOVES KidsPark and everything about it. Riley's daughter was a little hesitant on this day, but we reassured her she would have fun and mommy would return promptly. Upon entering, it was as if we were transported into a child's wonderland. Lots of fun table activities set up, tumbling/climbing area and tons of toys, plus a large theatre room with an extra large screen playing Dora cartoons under the dark, artificial starlit sky above. My son ran in without barely saying goodbye to me. Riley's daughter was upset and started crying. A staff member immediately came over and consoled her daughter with lots of tender loving care and hugs. We were able to depart without too much guilt, and we called about 10 minutes later to check in on her daughter, whom they said was having a great time playing store with the other kids. It's a nice, new, clean location with a super friendly staff and great activities for kids. We were able to get a couple hours of R&R and the kids were able to get a little bit of independent time away from mommy. It's a win-win for all! Paradise Valley location trumps the San Jose West & South locations because the staff was extra helpful and the place is brand spankin' new (read: super clean). You can't beat it - $8/hour per child and discounts for siblings. read more

By far the best childcare/drop-in ever! My son LOVES it here! We drive from McCormick ranch to use it we love it so much. It's better (and cheaper) that a babysitter most of the time! My 3 year old daughter will specifically ask for KidsPark but I tell her, only when mommy is working She is always excited when we go, I use it when I have clients in the area. I swear when everyone understands and gets on board with how great this place is, it will be too crowded for me to drop my 3 kids off whenever I feel like it. They are open until MIDNIGHT on Friday's and Saturdays, 9:30pm through out the week. I have finally learned to enjoy dinner again with my husband and friends because my kids are having fun at KidsPark rather then whining about when they can go home!! I can clean my house within 2 hours rather then 5 when I have the kids around. My four year old goes to their state accreditted preschool during the week for 2 days or 5 days, whatever I can afford rather then havng to pay for a program 5 days a week regardless if she goes or not. I pay as much or as little as I want and it's the same price as a babysitter!!!!!!!!!!! FREEDOM!! and my kids are welcomed with open arms, are fed healthy meals, do crafts and games instead of watching a blaring TV and have so much fun they cry when I come back to get them!!! I have been placing my Daughter here for about 5 months and now she wants to go to Kidspark instead of staying at her Grandmothers. *Don't tell Grandma* =) This place has been so good to us as my wife and I have our hands full trying to get our business up and running. We did the whole splitting the day up in half where she watches our daughter half the day, then I do the same, but we figured out real fast we needed some actual full days to work. Although we felt guilty at first, like we are choosing work over our daughter, we soon realized how beneficial it was for her to be with other kids. Her language has gotten a lot better and she is not as shy anymore. She smiles in excitement when we tell her we are going to Kidspark, that is quite a big assurance to me that she is being well taken care of. Along with her smiles, that staff has always been friendly and gives a good summary of her day when I ask. The facility looks clean and safe. The punch cards save a lot of money if you are keeping your kids there often. I highly recommend them. Oh and the owner, Suzanne, is highly passionate about her business. She started it because she couldn't enjoy a nice dinner with the adults in her family and couldn't find a place that would watch her kids for just an hour or two in the evening. I called this morning to verify drop off time and if I needed an appt to bring my daughter in....I was told no appt needed just bring her in....so I did....just to be told as I am checking her in that they won't take her because even at 21 months she has to go in the 1 year old room and needs a reservation... (when I told the girl my daughter was 21 months she said 'well the computer says she is 1 year 9 months........?!?!) This is the third problem we have had with them..the first two times we were overcharged for daily drop off....I thought I would try them one more time but that was a huge mistake...I was an hour late for work and my daughter was upset because she wanted to stay and play. read more

My nephew loves Kids Park! He's been coming here for years. Sometimes we need help for a few hours between our work schedules, and Kids Park is always available with no pre-planning or appts needed. Miguel is always smiling when I come in and really seems to engage with the kids. We really liked Stevie too, but I haven't seen her working there this summer. My nephew likes Kids Park so much, he asks to go there so he has kids to play with! They have times they play outside in their gated playground, they have an open movie room, some crafts, video games, circle time and meals & snacks available too. I have 2 children, a boy 5 and a girl 3. We have been taking them to Kidspark since my daughter was 2 (which is the minimum age). I LOVE it, they LOVE it - WIn/Win! It is very cost effective ($8 for the first child,$ 4 for the secend). They serve lunch, snacks and dinner or you can bring your own. The hours are great and perfect on the weekends to sneak in a date night. We drop them off for dinner and my husband and I get some alone time and can even have time to go see a movie.
