He has been attending Northwest daycare since he was six weeks old. They communicate with us very well concerning any events or issues with our child, and updates on his progress. I have no doubt that a large part of why he is so articulate, polite and kind is due to the love and care he receives at Northwest. Also, we all know that daycare is not cheap. But for the rate we pay at Northwest, we could not be more pleased. He will continue attending here until he begins kindergarten, and then he will attend afterschool care here. What these women do on a daily basis is not easy. I know I couldn't do it. All of the ladies are top notch!

One person stated they saw my name and would call back. They never did. Another hung up on me. Another stated she couldn't get in the system because she didn't technically work there, and would call me back. She never did. Another told me that they are constantly having different staff in the building and would call me back. Once again, never did. Finally, I called asking for my registration fee back because they were so unorganized and skipped right over my start date. The girl told me she would request it and call me back. Again, I never got a call back. This place will steal your money and leave you rushing to find other care.

I feel confident my children are safe and nurtured. I truly believe all the teachers know and care about my children and want them to succeed. They was bullied by other kids as well as teachers. It became obvious the "teachers" weren't taking anytime to actually work with them and help them learn. A lot of the teachers there are nothing more than over paid babysitters. And the owner, Grant, is mean, rude, and a typical bully. I personally saw him talking down to his staff as well as other parents. His staff seem to be scared of him. He can't see what's going on in his own building because he's got his head so far up his own @$& that his favorite color is brown. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR KIDS HERE!!! As with all daycares, the staff is overly friendly, which can be awkward for the parents but is great for the kids. We get pictures and updates throughout the day about feedings, diaper changes or anything else through their app. I hate to leave my son any time, but if I have to, I'm glad it's with them.
