Problem…read moreis I purchased a 20x40 rv cover with my deposit and asked about delivery time before sending deposit. Was told 4-6 weeks or sooner. I told them before my deposit that I must have by the end of six weeks as this is a church campgrounds for delivery and once kids are there we couldn't have them in there putting it up as would be a hazard with kids present. The kids would be arriving after seven weeks from deposit. We are now at six weeks and have been told they couldn't do it at that time frame because they have to have enough other runs or sales in my area before they couldn't bring my $7000 cover. The date they are giving is when kids are present during camps which I told them before had to be in that 6-7 week window. So my purchase is not doing me the good to cover my rv during the camp season that I purchased it for. Then when the kids will be gone they can't guarantee that date either because they may not have other sales on my area. This is not treating me as a customer correctly and I have talked with several managers and promised a call back the next day but didn't happen. Said I could call him also but no answer and left voicemail with no response. The contract is ridiculous if you go back and read all the fine print but one thing it says is they want to satisfy the customer 109% but yet they don't stand by their delivery dates! I will not recommend this company and there are a lot of people at the campgrounds area that want rv covers but I will not recommend this company at all unless they make this right in the next week! I've released the concrete money to them from my loan, they won't send me my money. My building is up and I will not be releasing anymore of the loan money to them until I receive my money for the concrete. stay away from these people. Crooked biased owners…read more My daughter, who lives with her mother half the time attends here. When I learned that my ex was regularly failing get my daughter to class on time, if at all I requested all of my daughters records to include the attend records. After being stiff armed for weeks the owners finally told me they would not willing give me anything and ,"Didnt want to get in the middle of anything." Single parents beware. These owners only only care about the parent that is physically handing them a check and not all about the children's development. Its speaks volumes when the teachers tell you they are concerned about your child because they regularly miss class and when the owners finds out they silence them.
