My son is 2 almost 3 and when we walked in he got really excited! He enjoyed all of the kids activities including the merry go round palm tree, the various stores (kids kitchen, salon, & school). He also liked the bouncy house, basketball court. slide, & jungle gym as well as the Beam Interactive Play area! Which was so cool we are thinking about buying our own. We ended up staying for two hours and getting grilled cheese (because he heard the announcement). The food was made on a hot plate and George Forman grill but it did the trick- he had ice cream afterwards which was convenient. Overall only cost us $12 for a few hours which was pretty sweet because it helped get My sons energy out. I'd say this is a cute little place to bring the young kids but they might need to add so more stuff if they want guests to stay a little longer, because I think 2-3 hours is the max amount of time you could spend here! Had my daughters' birthday party here (one is 4, the other is 1). The customer service was absolutely AMAZING! They handled everything with great organization. The place was clean and staff was constantly cleaning the mess children were leaving in their wake. The ice palace was really cool. They even accommodated older children at the party and made rules clear on certain things they were not allowed to go on. I ordered extra pizza for the adults and brought in water bottles for them as well. All the adults were commenting on how great the pizza was! Quick Tip: Bring extra quarters for the little rides in the middle. The owner and staff were both super polite! They were also very easygoing in regards to the little children and scheduling for pizza and cake! Both of my girls had a blast! Couldn't have asked for a better birthday party for them! Ok, so came here with my 2 grandkids. One is 7, the other 4. This is a small indoor kid play place. It has a few "castles" that the kids could crawl into, a jump house, a blown up slide, a swing type thing, a climbing house and a couple games. It costs $9 a kid to get in. You can stay as long as you like for that amount. However, if they want to ride any of the electric rides, it will cost you extra. This may be a great place for 2 & 3 year olds, but any kids older than that will get bored pretty quickly. I was bored 2 minutes after I got there. I had my baby's first birthday here last Saturday and I was so impressed with all the fun kids things to do. It could be fun from toddlers to teens. My teen nieces loved the inflatable Slide and playing table hockey and basketball. My son loved the kiddy town that's set up and the little kid rides. They painted faces and entertained the kids. The food was also good especially their salad. I will definitely keep coming here and my brother and sister in law are already thinking of using this place for my niece's 3rd party. Took my two and a half year old for the first time. He had a blast. Lots of little places to explore and it was clean. The attendants were attentive helping him with the climbing structures and were never on their phones. I was impressed and will definitely take him there again. I wouldn't suggest older kids. Now as much I absolutely despise when cutesy kid's places substitute Z's for S's and K's for C's, I'm going to overlook it this one time. I heard about this place through Groupon, and thank goodness I did. Apart from having general play and kids' parties, they offer Kamp Kastle, where you can pay to leave your kid behind for 3 hours and actually get some shopping done without your toddler screaming, "Buy me something!" or "I'm hungry!" or "Can we go now?" or "This is boring!" Yes, my husband enjoyed lunch by ourselves and got an early jump on Christmas shopping. I actually made it though Target without buying a toy! For that, all I really expected was to pick my child up alive. But not only was he alive, he was happy. He loved it. He was sad to go, and had they been open later, I would have gladly paid for another 3 hours. He had a balloon sword, and a stuffed animal and a snack, and flushed red cheeks from playing so much. He even said he made a new friend. It's a major win for everyone. read more

What a rip! It is $12 per child. I have a 4 and 2 year old. They were too small for the larger castle but WAY too old for the baby stuff. Two or three of the activities were closed and no one was manning the bouncy slide so that was not able to be used. All of the rides in the middle of the room cost additional money. The room was small and it was crowded because it was a rainy day over summer break. I had checked their Facebook page and there was nothing posted about some of the activities being out of commission. We were there all of 5 minutes and my kids got bored so I asked for a refund. The Owner did provide it, but talk about an attitude! She didn't say two words to me, didn't apologize or explain why some of the activities were closed. Summary: Overpriced. I love Kidz Kastle. The staff is hard working, friendly, and watch out for the kids as well. They keep it so clean and the rooms, rides and bounce houses are fun. You will need quarters for the rides. They sell ice cream and food there as well. They have limited parking, but this has never been an issue for us and thankful for that as there isn't any overflow parking. Some things I wish they would change: It is a mixed play area for babies of walking age to I would say 7 or 8. The big kids really play rough and don't care about the babies and you have to be right on your own kid if you don't want them to get taken out, especially on the tree ride. There should be a no rough housing rule on the trees and if you don't abide and keep recklessly taking younger kids out you get barred from the trees. Usually these kids rough housing are the ones with the absentee parents. This is why we don't go to Chuck E. Cheese, EVER. Another thing that really made me angry and want to leave today were there were a lot of really undesirable guests there today that REEKED of pot so bad I had to leave as it got on my clothes and made me want to vomit. KIDS PLAY PLACES SHOULD BE A DRUG FREE ZONE and anyone REEKING of skunk/weed should not be allowed admittance. I can't tell you how many times I have been there and there have been people that left their kids inside to go outside and smoke a joint. I don't want that around my kids. These same adults also took over the children's play area on 5/13 and were playing rough basket ball, kicking the little kids out of certain areas. Guests that reek of weed should not be allowed in and guests acting in a manner to endanger children or ruin their experience should be removed from the premises. The KIdz Kastle staff did nothing and I was really disappointed. We ended up having to leave and it was a waste of $24 for admittance and we couldn't even go on the baby rides as kids that were way too big for the teacups were rough housing and the lot. Really scummy guests there today making me not want to go back ever on a weekend. I really hope Kidz Kastle does something about people like this for the safety and well being of respectful and decent patrons. The place reeked of weed due to the guests. Not what I want around my kids. I don't take a crap in your living room, so don't do it in a public kid friendly area. Kids play areas again should be a DRUG FREE ZONE. No smoking outside the doors of weed. If you can't bring your kid to a play place without doing drugs, maybe you shouldn't have kids. read more

Kidz Kastle is about 15 minutes away from our house but I'd never been here before, I am so happy to find something so close to us like this. We went on Halloween and my 2 and a half year old daughter was the only child there. The girls there treated her like a special princess!!! They took so much time to make sure she was having the best time ever! She was in her Hairstylist Halloween costume and marched right into the "Kastle Kurls Salon" like she owned the place.. it was perfect! They immediately brought her out a large bin full of large doll heads with hair for styling, including Elsa and Ariel (her favorite), there were multiple play curling irons and blow dryers, scissors and brushes. They then asked me what song she would like to sing and they put on our request from Moana. She was a little timid but sang for a minute, and it went through the whole sound system! She had a blast and didn't want to leave! Perfect place for young kids especially when the weather isn't great. Will absolutely be back! read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. $300 for nothing. Chaotic is an understatement. This place is dirty, unsafe, and unprofessional. They have multiple parties at once with open play for anyone to go in who is not a guest of any party. 1 box of pizza-- that I could have easily brought in myself. I complained asked for the number of a manager and they denied me. I will never bring my child here or recommend this place to anyone. -- over 50 kids here and TWO toilets in the whole place. First time here today. I always go to Kidz Wurld but wanted to take my girls somewhere different for a change. They really liked it. Lots to do to keep them entertained, electric toy rides so bring quarters, theres snacks, ice creams ans drinks you can purchase as well. We traveled down from Massachusetts to come here as we had some errands in the area, and the six year old was tired of the play areas near us (it has been a LONG winter!). It was slightly smaller than I expected, but my 6 and 2 year old each were able to find things to occupy themselves for 2 hours without too much involvement from me. The place is also VERY clean. They have a no shoes policy that extends to the bathrooms in the back, and the floors near the toilets were pleasantly dry and clean. Four stars only because of the size. read more

In town for the week and we were looking for a place to take our kids (7 & 5yr old, 6mo old). Decided to try this place out and glad we did! It was a little hidden in the back behind a daycare but after you pass that you'll see their sign and designated parking. We came around 11am on a Sunday and apart from another kid and his dad we were the only ones there, which was great because the place isn't huge and too many kids in there probably wouldn't have been as fun. My 5yr old loved all the castle pretend houses. She was in love with all of the pretend play toys(kitchen, babies, hair salon, school) which is one of her favorite ways of playing right now. My 7yr old stepson loved the sports court and everything else in there. We especially loved the interactive floor game that was projected on the floor, it had a new game every so often (soccer, pop bubbles, that kept them active. My 6month old even enjoyed playing in one of the houses that had padded floors. The lady was very nice as well and even brought out some more pretend hair salon toys and barbies for my little girl and played with her as well. It was great! read more

Kidz Kastle is an indoor play place for small children. There are bouncy houses, playhouses, and dress up areas. There is a giant inflatable slide, but that requires some waiting in line before every turn. There is also a merry-go-round type ride that operates on quarters, which seemed a little annoying after paying the $24 admission price for three children. My only other gripe is that this place is only open until noon on weekends-so you really have to get up and out of the house early to get your money's worth. At the end of the day, the kids had fun and burned off some steam. They've also all asked when we are going back. read more

We have been going to Kidz Kastle for six years now. Always a positive experience; clean, friendly staff and plenty of things for the kids to do. I just had my six year old's birthday there today on the worst winter storm of the new year. The staff was incredibly warm and thoughtful and made the party completely stress free. My son truly felt special and all the parents commented on how well orchestrated it was and how much fun their kids had. Maria and her team are the best. This is great play area for kids! The space is really big with a wide variety of toys and activities. The large spinning coconut tree is worth the price of admission alone! They have plenty of things to climb, jump, and slide on - even an air hockey table at the right height for young kids. I really like how they also have smaller separate sections (pretend hair salon, pretend school, etc.) for sit-down toys and games so that if your kid needs a break from the larger activities they can still have fun. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of five is for the following reasons: 1) They should not allow kids over the age of six. Having 8 year olds running around with 2 year olds can be unsafe. 2) They are a little pricey. It's $18 for two kids. 3) They have lots of ride on toys that cost money, such as tea cups and a pirate ship, that cost 50 cents or a dollar to ride. So you end up spending much more money than your admission fee. Overall, we're regulars here, and will continue using it as one of our fun winter play spaces!!!! read more

I had my daughters 7th birthday party there on June 15. I have a receipt to confirm we were there. 12 kids were included in the package. If you go over you pay more. I told hostess that siblings were not invited. She let in a 3 year old sibling that I had to pay extra for instead of asking the parent to pay. When I asked her about this she said it was hard to tell the difference between her and the school age children. They were very cheap with the pizza! Each child gets 2 small pieces of pizza. Not a bad place to go during the winter to let your kids run out their energy. The only problem is, they are not open very late on the weekends. My 19month old daughter did not want to leave this place! Most of them were suitable for age 2 and up but my daughter loved running around! I literally had to drag her out! We went right when they opened and everything was organized and cleaned. They do put a lot of effort into ensuring the building is clean and well run. Yes they have some aging assets but they maintain them pretty well. I find their variety to be good for age group they are serving. I think they could significantly enhance their customer service and communication. Purchased special package through Groupon. BIG PROBLEM after the 4th visit. After being told I only needed my groupon membership number for admittance (and those were the rules for the first 4 visits), the staff person on the register informed me I needed the membership paperwork or pay admittance because "unauthorized people were using members' groupon membership numbers". Apparently she never heard of photo identification??? They always found my name in the past. If the rules changed, perhaps a better policy would be to inform members at their next visit that their paperwork would be required in the future. In any event, I had to pay for admittance. I complained that the facility is very small as compared to Pump & Jump in Taunton, MA and the admittance is the same to which she retorted, "Why don't you go there today!" My experience with Groupon was very unsatisfactory. They sent me a boiler plate email having nothing to do with my complaint that the person was rude and the rules changed mid-stream. Groupon contacted me again and assured me Kidz Kastle reach out to me to address my issue...that was over 30 days ago.....NOT A WORD. I'll think twice about purchasing "deals" via Groupon if they will not stand by their customers. I'm done with Kidz Kastle. There are far better facilities out there for the same admittance fees. I always pay full admittance at Pump & Jump, have been there far more times than Kidz Kastle and have never had a bad experience. A couple improvement could be the heating system and having warm water in sink in washroom. we went in the winter and the floor was freezing during the morning hours, by noon it was better. Kidz Castle is a fun play for the little ones. Unfortunately, their staff is not detail-oriented at all. Admission should have been $11, instead they charged my card $100. I caught the mistake immediately, and they were kind enough to void the transaction. The problem: the $100 hold caused multiple small payments made the previous day to bounce, and I incurred nearly $100 in bank fees. I called Kidz Castle and asked for money to compensate me for this. They asked if I can produce paperwork to prove this, and I can. The problem is that I live over an hour away. I informed them that I am happy to drive there to provide copies of my bank statements, but that's I'd expect composition for my time and gas then as well. The person who answered the phone said she would speak to the owner and get back to me. This was over two months ago, and I still have not heard back. I personally will never give this place my business again, and I have shared this experience with everyone I know that's expressed interest in going. I took my 2 boys - ages 21 months and 3 years - there today (a Wednesday). The website said Wednesdays "this month" were half price, so I'm thinking that instead of the $18 admission for 2 kids, it would only be $9. Of course, when I get there and ask for the discount, I'm told that that price was for "last month". Well, change the damn website then. Talk about bait and switch. The actual play area was OK, nothing extraordinary. I found it to be smaller than I had imagined and the customer service was OK. My 3-year-old seemed to be having a good time but my little one only enjoyed the first 30 minutes or so. I think with all the games, kids and music (sensory overload!), he was a bit overwhelmed.
