He was always paid on time and his exact quote. My daughter & I gave him so much such as kitchen appliances & all types of beautiful living room, dining room & bedroom furniture. We didn't charge him a dime nor did he give us a discount. In the beginning Mr. Lallo was present and worked on the projects. After sometime he was working onsite and left the projects to his workers. Well this is when the nightmare started. Jobs were unsatisfactory, a water valve was left open in my kitchen which flooded my new hardwood kitchen floors and new cabinet. A memorial statue in honor of my late veteran husband was broke and covered up. Finally, the remodeling of a bathroom was horrible and I spoke with Mr. Lallo. He stated (in front of 3 witnesses) he would come the next day (6/3/2023) to redo and correct the bathroom. Well he never returned, no call, didn't answer text or emails. His cost for this job was $11,700, not including supplies. He was paid over $7,000 & the balance would be paid at the end. Unfortunately, he didn't want to take responsibility or pay for the errors his workers caused. He lied, has posted false jobs on his Facebook page and Joshua Lallo LLC took the cowardly approach and disappeared. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUDULENT CONTRACTOR.

I insisted that it did. We went back and forth numerous times with me actually asking for them to do more work. Eventually they said that my shingles were new, but that they were installed wrong and could be reinstalled properly. What he said was very true at the time. It took a bit of convincing, but they did eventually convince me that they could make all of the repairs. Fast forward past the contract, their intentional breaching of the contract, my insistence that they follow what I knew they were in violation of and you have what I thought was a complete job. It turns out, they never actually did all of the repairs, failed to disclose that very important detail, and charged me $17,000. Over the next few years, I complained of the sound of dripping and the smell of wet plaster under a small, one-room roof they did completely replace. I was told that it was humidity. When I confronted that explanation (and repeatedly complained), they stood firm. Thinking back, I'm not sure they ever thoroughly inspected that roof and simply rested on their laurels. Now, fast forward to last year when Lincoln Tait and I went back and forth over email, as their work was still under warranty. He offered to complete still unfinished work, refund what I paid for the partial repairs they did do (because it was meaningless without all of the repairs), and begin to put right what they did. However, he insisted that they were not responsible for the damage around the work they should have done but failed to do. That was not going to fly. Eventually, I told them to clearly list what they were willing to do in a contract so that my lawyer could review it. I never heard back from them. I reached out again. Still, I never heard back from them. I still didn't hear back when that roof that they were 100% responsible for had a massive leak. Turns out it wasn't humidity afterall. Still, they never responded. My lawyer and I are now preparing for a lawsuit.

He said it includes labor and material. He asked for 5k in advance to buy material. Didn't start the work for close to a month and then his guys only came 3 times to demo our hall bath and put some drywall. The job was super shady, made a mess of the rest of the house while they did the work. After after that this guy is a no show. Promised every single day that he or his guys will come. Eventually someone told me that he duped him for 8k (took the money and never finished the work). So around September after close to 3 months we asked him to give our money back. We graciously asked him to deduct what he said spent (in material and labor). Initially he said he spend 1300 so I said ok then give us 3700 back. He said he has mailed the check which never came. Then he said he spent 2000, so I said ok give me 3000. He gave us 2 bad checks which bounced. He doesn't care about law. I filed a police report in October and this guy had the audacity to not respond to police calls and didn't even show up to the court. You are going behind bars you piece of s**t.
