After months of countless lies and delays, I was able to discover that Dan Gautier never submitted a permit to the township department as he confirmed he did, and ran off with my deposit, and I am not his first victim. Civil charges were submitted and he never showed to court. 4 Felony Criminal charges were then also filed. From the very first meeting to the final inspection, it was clear that their goal was to provide us with the best workmanship and service possible. They delivered! Although Hutchinson may not the cheapest contractors in town, they worked with our budget, and more importantly, are absolutely worth every cent. They treated our house as if it was their own, cleaning up every night, wearing booties to walk through the house, and even vacuuming our basement (something I've never done!). They went above and beyond with detail work without our even asking - they recreated moldings to match the woodwork in our house, fixed existing gaps in the crown molding - the list goes on. He was really good and about communicating the times he would show up for both the estimate and the repair. He always showed up in a mask. The repair required taking apart the shelving in the closet and putting them back in place, painting, and using a repair compound for the walls. They did a really nice job and I'm really happy with it. If I had any issues in the house in the future, I'd definitely reach out to them again.

After listening to our concerns and our ideas, the owner, Bill, made an appointment to come over, discuss our ideas with us, confirmed the efficacy of what we were thinking and added a few touches here and there to improve on it. We were pleased and yes, we trusted him by the end of the appointment to perform what he said he would do. He promised us a good price for the work, and vouched for the man he would assign to fabricate a metal railing for our outside, backdoor steps who was a personal friend. The price was right, we didn't wait long to be put on his busy schedule, even though we were a small job in comparison to the bulk of his work, and his men were in and out on time, doing a terrific job. This small crew also listened carefully to what we wanted and totally complied. No one left until we were satisfied. We cannot overdo our praise for this man and his company!!
