When I did finally receive a response, they told me to reach out directly via their website which puts into question the status of the Yelp Guarantee for going through the Projects process. This seemed to indicate to me that the text in their automated response on Yelp Projects has not been properly updated to reflect how they want potential clients to request estimates. I can appreciate they have a lot going on but if this is how they treat you when they are actively courting your business, I find it difficult to believe they would be much better once they have already secured it. FOLLOW-UP PURSUANT TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: I appreciate the nuances of the Yelp Guarantee may be open to interpretation in terms of when it applies. That said, if the business chooses to be included in Yelp Projects, they should be willing to handle requests therein or at least set up a consultation through it, otherwise the Yelp Projects $2500 guarantee may be in jeopardy. The additional response from them indicates that only a quote is required to seal the deal so to speak, but I did not receive that at the time I was asked to reach out via their website, so it is entirely possibly they would have applied this later and be within the terms of the Yelp Guarantee. I have no way to know if that would have been followed since I did not pursue further contact with them after that point, though I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they would have made good on the guarantee through the process or through their business insurance if a work quality issue has transpired. When I initially made the request I had a two week span of availability for the actual cleaning to be done (though I mentioned ideally this would be to action the following week), and only because Juliana's took 3 business days to get back to me to tell me I should reach out directly did it appear to be an "expedited request". I am glad they have so much business that they can afford responses like this and be unavailable for service but if this were the case then that would have been a benefit to know from the outset so that I could have ruled them out as a candidate immediately. Considering most folks don't have more than a few weeks between closing on a house and moving in, and I personally reached out to them a day after my closing, I do not see any path I could have taken to reach out to them sooner. Juliana's notes in their added response that I did not actually enlist their services, which is true, though Yelp policy is that a review may take place so long as there was a consumer interaction/experience, which there was in this case.

We have a long-haired German Shepherd, and his fur is always a challenge -- but after they finished, there was no trace of a dog anywhere. I was genuinely amazed. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. Every room felt refreshed, spotless, and thoughtfully cleaned. This was a true deep clean, not a rushed surface job. 10/10 experience -- I would absolutely request Ritzy and Sandra again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier cleaning.

I really wish I had encouraged my mom to go with a different company before purchasing a new HVAC…read moresystem from F.H. Furr. When she was originally quoted for the new system and installation, my husband and I were shocked by the price. We had recently replaced our own units and paid about $5,000 less. My mom ultimately chose F.H. Furr anyway because she felt the higher price would be worth it for the level of service and reliability they promised. Unfortunately, that has not been her experience. About a year later, her AC went out during 90+ degree weather. Despite it being an "emergency," it took roughly 48 hours for someone to come out, after she spent much of the day waiting for a technician. She was also charged for the emergency visit, only for the issue to turn out to involve a faulty sensor on the relatively new system they had installed. Today has been even more frustrating. She took the entire day off work because F.H. Furr was scheduled to come replace that same sensor. Her appointment window passed with no technician and no meaningful communication. When she finally called for an update, she was transferred around and had to call multiple numbers before reaching someone who could supposedly help. She was then told, "The sensor was already replaced." That simply does not make sense. The technician would have needed access to the inside of her home to perform the repair, and my mom has been home waiting for them. No one came inside and no repair was performed today. What makes this especially disappointing is that she knowingly paid significantly more for this system because she believed she was paying for better service and peace of mind. Instead, she has dealt with a failure of a relatively new system, long waits for service, missed appointment windows, poor communication, and now conflicting information about whether a repair was even performed. When a company charges a premium and sells customers on service and reliability, the follow-through should reflect that. So far, hers absolutely has not.
