I did not know the owners prior to shopping for a used car there and received no prior recommendations from anyone to consider doing business with them. I bought a used vehicle there last year. The warranty they offered was so unique and strong it really cinched the deal. We paid a fair price for the car. Information and forthrightness were remarkable during the shopping experience. I had two repairs that were needed and covered by their warranty. They performed both quickly and without hesitation. Brought the vehicle back look at something covered by the pathetic extended warranty that I had added into my bill. They tried to cover a preexisting issue by putting new tires on the vehicle and not addressing the cause of the tire wear. Notonly that nothing was mentioned. When I take to the sales Manager Corey he was extremely rude and unprofessional - sternly yelling atme on the phone for 10 minutes, wouldn't listen, cutting me off etc. Then tried to diagnose the car himself and told me what was needed - someone who responded with "I am not a mechanic, Iknow nothing about that". As the seller, I had to upload photos of my odometer, registration, title, VIN sticker. The buyer wanted to see the car before starting the process. Once he agreed to buy, KeySavvy was not in business hours so we needed to wait until the next morning. Then it took almost another business day for the payment to be verified. Once keys were passed, I fedexed the title to Keysavvy and I had my money in 48 hours! Wish the fees were a little lower, but all worked out smoothly. Nice UI on their page. Thank you.
