It wasn't long after a list of issues, Corey was great at first, helpful, once it came to my request of a write up of what's wrong and a qoute he became short with me, a lot of excuses "I'm new here it's onlymy 3rd month", "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know anything about this". Brought the vehicle back look at something covered by the pathetic extended warranty that I had added into my bill. At the time expressed my concerns and to have a few things looked at, again asked for an inspection and qoute. Pick the vehicle up and it wasn't done. Again got the "I'm not a mechanic, I don't know anything about that". At this point I hadthe vehicle for months. Now I have more issues I'm facing. They tried to cover a preexisting issue by putting new tires on the vehicle and not addressing the cause of the tire wear. Notonly that nothing was mentioned. When I take to the sales Manager Corey he was extremely rude and unprofessional - sternly yelling atme on the phone for 10 minutes, wouldn't listen, cutting me off etc. Then tried to diagnose the car himself and told me what was needed - someone who responded with "I am not a mechanic, Iknow nothing about that". Then fed me BS excuses which was proven wrong information. Now completely ignored by sales and the shop at Sell's.

The service drivers are very excellent and the advisor named Sharmeta was very kindly to proceed, helping me get through the rest of my service while picking up my car they will get over on you. They will overprice you and the technicians are not honest and do not keep their word they covered up their tracks just to get more money from me, I spoke with the tech manager, Brian he was the same way not a trustworthy man. They do not keep their word and they do not treat customers as well to make sure that they are fair and doing the right thing for us customers. I really advise you guys to really take my review in consideration Nathan Kieffer was such a A hole towards me the entire time of him being in my advisor he kept throwing sarcasm jabs and would talk over me without understanding me. He made me wait for two hours without telling me that I can go to another advisor in the most rudest disrespectful way, he was also not making sense at all and clearly does not know how to take notes very good and he does not know how to listen he thought he knew what he was talking about, but did not. He tried speaking on my behalf when he's clearly not a technician. He had too much to say when he's not even a technician I want to say so much more, but I am trying to move on from this chaotic place and move on graceful fully with my life. This was the most worst experience I've ever had with a dealership and I hope and pray nobody has ever or will ever go through what I went through. Thank you, but no thank you never again also they do not do refunds even if your problem is not solved or fixed. They did not fix my car. They tried to get over on me and made excuses of why my car was not fixed plus while trying to charge me 500$ more which is what I ended up paying for the problem to be fixed and solved, but no, of course not the problem was not solved and they wanted to charge me another $600 for the same issue might I add so if you are not smart, please be smarter if you're gonna deal with these kind of people to act the way that they acted and handle the situation was so disturbing it makes me wanna barf, not only barf, but I already cried. And he also hung up on me while trying to discuss and fix the matter because I'm not a problematic person at all. I communicated very well and I made sure they took the proper precautions of notes and information that was given.

I had my eye on the Hyundai Palisade Night Edition--sleek, bold, and everything I wanted in an SUV--and thanks to Zach and Johnathon, the entire buying experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Both Zach and Johnathon were incredibly knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle--not just trying to make a sale. He listened, asked the right questions, and guided me through every feature of the Palisade like a true professional. I never felt pressured--just informed, confident, and excited. They made the financing process a breeze. Transparent, efficient, and friendly, he walked me through the details with patience and clarity. No gimmicks. No surprises. Just straightforward service and support that made the final steps feel effortless. Driving off in my Palisade Night, I felt like I had gotten more than just a great SUV--I'd received world-class service and built trust with a dealership that clearly values people over profits. If you're in the market for a vehicle and want to be treated with respect, given world class customer service, and professionalism, do yourself a favor and go see Zach and Johnathon at St. Cloud Hyundai. They set the bar for what a car-buying experience should be.

Buyer Beware -- Never Again…read more I have purchased vehicles from GILLELAND Chevrolet over the years, but this experience was extremely disappointing and revealed a serious lack of integrity. During the purchase of a new truck, I was never informed that the "new" vehicle had previously been damaged on the dealership lot and repaired through their body shop at a cost of nearly $7,500. This was not disclosed until I was already in the process of trading in my truck. This information should have been disclosed upfront during any of my three visits to the dealership while sales managers were actively pursuing the sale -- not at the last minute. I agreed to a rewind-style purchase, but after delivery I discovered additional undisclosed damage, which raised even more concerns about transparency throughout the transaction. After numerous phone calls to the sales manager -- including degrading remarks made toward me -- the rewind process was finally initiated. During that process, I also discovered that GILLELAND had already listed my trade-in truck for sale on their website even though the rewind period was still active. To make matters worse, I was charged over $1,500 for detailing and service work on my trade-in without my authorization, and those charges were deducted directly from my refund. A letter regarding this matter was sent to GILLELAND Chevrolet by the Attorney General's Office, and to my knowledge, no response has been provided. As a senior woman purchasing independently, I expected honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I ultimately drove over 600 miles to a dealership in Spearfish, South Dakota, where I purchased the identical new blue EV truck. The experience there was outstanding, and I would gladly do it again.

Before buying, I specifically asked the salesperson via text about the battery range, and was told it could go "up to 75 miles." But during a short test drive--only about 10 miles--the battery dropped dramatically from 49% to 14%. When I asked why, the salesperson mentioned it on highway driving. I was caught off guard, but ended up signing. That was my mistake. However, after thinking it through on the way home, I became seriously concerned about the battery's health. I decided to cancel the purchase before the car was delivered. The next business day (Monday morning--they were closed Sunday), I reached out early to cancel. The salesperson initially responded nicely and said he will talk to his manager. But shortly after, I started receiving calls from three different sales managers, one after another. They were aggressive, intimidating, and pressured me into accepting only a 70% refund of what I had paid. They blamed tax credit issues and said they couldn't void the IRA filing because 48 hours had passed--yet they were the ones who delayed submitting it in the first place. Despite the fact that the car had not been delivered and was still in their possession, they threatened to send the vehicle to my home unless I agreed to their terms. I felt trapped and scammed. Yes, I take responsibility for signing too quickly, but their handling of the situation afterward was completely unethical and predatory.
