The chairs aren't regular salon chairs they're cushy clouds. I went here when it was previously stilettos not really knowing any other salons wanted to stick with what I knew. I don't get my hair done often but I will be now. Starting with the consult Alexa made sure I knew what I was getting and made sure she knew what exactly I wanted. She seemed happy to chat and also picked up on when I wanted to just sit and play my phone games. The color I wanted to achieve was purple but not like in your face purple. She nailed it ! Loved the equipment at the salon as well- rather than a spaceship blow dryer they had updated heaters which don't blast your ears. The sinks were comfortable on the neck and while sitting conditioning you get a very relaxing forehead massage and hot towel for under your neck. I left feeling like a million bucks - relaxed and looking perfect for spooky season. You can really tell that lex and the owner really care about customer satisfaction.
